Extremepy busy and long wait time Even with reservations, my overall experience at the restaurant ended up being a mix of positives and frustrations. From the moment we walked in, the first thing that stood out was the noise level. It wasn’t just lively — it was extremely loud, to the point where holding a normal conversation felt like a challenge. The layout didn’t help either. The hallways and walkways were so tight that moving around required squeezing past other guests...

We went for the first time last night and it was an amazing experience from top to bottom. Brennan was our server and he was excellent. Spinach dip with pita bread was good, oyster sampler was great, but we were most impressed with both the fried and the grilled alligator. It's hard to find a restaurant that gets the texture and seasoning of gator spot on, but they got it! Definitely will return.
