Ordered a to go order and husband picked up and didn’t know what the total should be. They over charged us $13+. I called to try and resolve the issue and they told me there was a misunderstanding on what we ordered and would not do a refund. We got exactly what we ordered and we double checked the prices on their menu on line. We were over charged and we paid cash as requested. I guess someone there is pocketing money!
So not only you serve my child a RAW burger, but when we went back and asked for our money back you couldn’t refund the whole meal because he ate the FRIES. Make it make sense.
