I was in search for an authentic taqueria to cater my sister's birthday party. Ulises took care of my communications and order and did an amazing job. Placing the order was painless and he even delivered it! He arrived on time for the party and everything was set up nicely in trays. He does offer the capability to bring the trailer to you for fresh food which is what I may do for next time. We will be a repeat customer for sure.

I was in town briefly on business and decided I wanted an authentic taco truck taco. Boy was I not disappointed This place has the best tacos I've ever had north of Mexico. Get the barbacoa and you won't be disappointed

.A South Texas genre Taco Truck (trailer) was a great, if unexpected, "find" here b/t the LFT Airport & Broussard, LA..The place smells wonderful. The trailer is in the parking lot of an associated Mexican Restaurant which reportedly has earlier hours and more extensive menu offeringsHaving spent years in South Texas along the Border, in West Texas, & in New Mexico; I can be particular. The unusual "Tacos al Pastor" surprisingly were of ground PORK w/ spices. The beef tacos were quite a bit better; but nothing wonderful. Sauces were heavy on fats, sugars, & slightly unusual spices. The "Elotes Copa" was spiced canned corn with a mayonnaise-looking topping and maybe melted butter.So, I was a bit disappointed. Plan to try again, when my Mexican-American Wife can accompany me.I say "Try it for yourself" 1Rick.
