This particular store should not be considered “fast food”. They should instead call it “wait in your car after ordering food”. 9 times out 10 on a consistent basis, you end up being told to pull up or pull over into a mobile spot so they can “walk it out”. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon or night, very rarely do you order, pull up and pay and then get your food like “normal” fast food works.

At Wendy's, the staff is quick and friendly, making sure to get your order right. The service is usually fast, with the food coming out quickly. However, sometimes they may run out of specific items like containers for baconator fries. Customers have noticed that the chocolate frosty machine can often be out of order. Overall, the experience is positive, with the exception of occasional minor hiccups.
