This is a dive bar for locals. I was passing through and the locals looked at me like I was an a blue person who had invaded their territory. There is basically no glassware. Many of the drinks are served in Styrofoam, a tradition in LA but a bit tacky and wasteful if you ask me. Nice place. Nice people. We had such a good time. The 2 bartenders Wanda and Ashley were really sweet and made sure we never went long without a fresh drink on our hands. They also played some really good music to. Great atmosphere for the 30 and up crowd.. We will going back again soon... Thanks Alex's and especially Wanda and Ashley.
