So delicious southern food, great restaurant and clean bathroom. We ordered gumbo and creole carbonara, whew it was so delicious. This is a gem 🫰🏻

Burger was soggy and greasy couldn’t even eat it… the fries were overcooked. The mushrooms were ok and boudin balls were ok tho. Called and ordered ahead cause we were in a hurry We got there about 20/25 minutes after we called and still had to wait an additional like 30/35 minutes for food. The waitress was also a little rude after I asked her how long our food was going take cause we was in a hurry.

I had the wonderful legendary Miss Nicole as my waitress and this woman took good care of me. The food was great My favorite were the Jumbo fried shrimp she told me it was cheaper too add onto any entree than it was to order on its own and man they were big and delicious!! Second favorite were the boudin balls with the house ranch dressing. Next time I come I’m going to try the Pontchartrain Shrimp Pasta, I got too full this time around. Special thank you again to Nicole!!! As a Truck driver I really appreciate real food and Nice people.

Lots of flies and my grilled chicken sandwich took forever (and then fell apart). Our waitress was sweet but very much all over the place (it was not busy at all). The red beans and rice was very good though.

This is a great little spot for some Cajun food. Although it says seafood is imported it was still very tasty. I ordered boudin balls fried shrimp and gumbo. All very good meals.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and it took forever. I was the only person in there so it’s not like they were busy. I waited 40 minutes for a flipping chicken sandwich.y waitress was tweaking her ass off, and even for Calhoun I expected more. Probably won’t be going back.

I have been sick ever since I ate here October 8, 2024 last night. I have been running to the bathroom nonstop ! I thought it was weird when I seen a couple leave after eating and come right back in and use the bathroom and stay in the bathroom a long time. Now it makes sense.

Very Very Very Slow. Great waitress, but the kitchen seems to have absolutely NO coordination. 20 minutes for a order of onion rings. Never again. Total wait was over an hour for Fish, Fries, and Rings. NOT BUSY AT ALL. NEEDS WORK.
