sat in the drive thru for 10 plus minutes waiting to be served and nobody came to serve until we drove backwards and forwards again someone finally came. not the best experience

Everytime I go to this location I get a different experience and a different quality drink. At my most recent visit, my daiquiri was not properly mixed with the flavors I asked for. I drove back to ask them to remake it and they refused to remake it and said they could only add syrup to it. The drink was already not very frozen from the beginning and in the end I ended up with an almost entirely melted drink with a lot of syrup. I only go there because it’s near my home, but I would rather drive further and get a good daiquiri than settle for their overpriced, hardly melted, underwhelming drinks anymore.
