WOW!!! One of the best Christmas presents this year was Boudin Balls from Billy's!!! Love the spice...I am still able to eat the ones I have in the refrigerator & they have kept their spice & texture!!! Oh yeah, this Louisiana transplant here in Texas is some kinda happy!!! Sarah
We had to stop here and buy some stuff to take back home to California. My uncle loves this place. As a Creole I grew up eating all these foods, but not always easy to find in California. Bought a lot of boudin/boudain, tasso and sausage. Also bought some bbq sauce and some roux. Brought my family some stuff they've been missing, and was able to eat good and flavor their pots. The only thing I didn't care for was the roux, I was just trying it to see if it would be good cause...read full review
