I love the food and Snoballs, but I had three encounters of rude customer service. I keep giving them a chance because it's close to my home. They need to work on their customer service.

This is the only place I will go for a sno ball. In my opinion, they have the best process for shaving ice as the sno balls have a soft uniform texture that holds every flavor so much better than some of the other places I have visited in the past. They have a ton of flavors, and each one that I have tasted so far has been amazing.
