“Their bread is to die for it's the bomb diggity and their Chicken with cane sauce will make you hurt yourself trying to eat it cause you can't eat it fast enough be tripping over your tongue ? but all in all it's quickly made and easily eaten! You may pay a little more for it but "YEAH" it's worth every bite! Thanks! Only one thing yall need to DO LIKE A SPECIAL ONCE A WEEK! Talk about getting better reviews then mine!!! Love YALLS ? “Normally I have a great experience at this location but on this day the manager had her hands full. I placed 2 orders online and came in to pick them up. The first was prepared after I arrived and made the aware of the order but the second one I was told I would have to wait for more chicken to cook, my response was that's fine just prepare both orders with the fresh chicken when it comes up. So I sat back and enjoyed the show. I watched the fry cook batter up the chicken and as it was sloppy and dripping drop it in the grease as the manager was asking why it was taking so long. Then the manager made her rounds over by the drive through trying to get the orders filled and there was some confusion around the oven wre something was set for only 4 minutes and would not be cooked all the way. Then she made her way to the front counter where the first order was still sitting next to the prep area. She started questioning the staff "what is this" I offered my help to say that it was my order but I had 2 orders and I had to wait on more spicy chicken for the second one so I asked them to fix both orders with the fresh chicken once it was ready. Well that seamed to be a problem and she stared acting like I just ruined her day. I asked her to calm down and said that it was ok it's just chicken. She remade the first order and shoved it towards me when the chicken came up. So then I asked what about the 2nd order? She started asking her workers what 2nd order is he talking about the staff tried to tell her that I had 2 orders and showed her the order slips. She fixed the 2nd order and I told her that it's ok im patiently waiting and I'm not in a rush. But I did rush out as I felt like this was a toxic environment, I didn't even ask for any cajun sparkle or honey. The second order wasn't even in a bag it was just in the box dripping with grease as she was rushing every employee and didn't give the chicken time to properly drain. When I got home I had chunks of batter on the chicken and a pool of grease in the box. The under side of the chicken was soggy. This entire visit was about 15 minutes, I placed my order when I left the grocery store(about 10 minutes before my arrival) , I had milk and produce in the car. I think this team needs a little help. In total there was about 6 employees behind the counter so I don't think it was a staffing issue, my they were all new hires? The drill Sergeant manager was like little tornado whipping though the store trying to get everything in shape but her furry reached out across the counter to the customers also.Parking: Lots of free and clear parking, but the drive through doesn't have enough spots for customers to wait for their orders, lol“

“Just had Chicken Shack on Acadian for the first time, after my daughter kept raving about it. I got the chicken dinner with red beans and rice and the mustard greens. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat chicken from any place else again. They’ve gotten their recipes down pat. I wish I could have had an entire pint of the greens alone!“

“i went last wednesday night, RIGHT as they closed? they still let me in and treated me with so much grace! i had a flat tire and nowhere else around was open, they were the sweetest people ever!! i always go to this canes because the service, and food, are impeccable! thank you!!“

“Grabbed quick lunch. Noticed that entire parking lot has been remodeled. Drive lanes now have two. The inside of the restaurant has also been updated. Food came out hot and fast.Store was very clean and ready for guests. Staff was able to make sure I had everything before sitting down. I can recommend this location when in the area for your lunch or dinner needs. It's nice to see the location get updated to stand out in a area that has seem to come even further in standards.Parking: Parallel parking and plenty of parking on the right side of the building. It seems not to much parking if you have a major outing.“

“First off let me apologize for the photo attached to this review. As soon as my order was delivered to the table I started munching away and enjoying the sandwich and soup so much that I didn't take a picture until half of it was gone. A friend from work had recommended I try this business years ago but since there isn't one right near my home it took me a while to drive near enough to one and today was that day. I was not at all disappointed by my first visit. Notice that they had a wide variety of chicken salad combinations. Some were savory, some were fruity and others were more traditional. I selected the basil and lemon chicken salad and ordered it as BLT on wheat toast. Selected a cup of their Friday soup special which was tomato bisque to go with my combo. Thoroughly enjoyed both. Don't know if I will ever order any of their fruity chicken salad mixes, not really my thing - but will definitely try some of their other savory chicken salads. Well worth the extra miles to get a wonderful sandwich and soup combination.“

“It's always good at the Plank Rd. Raising Cane's. The store is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I also like that there's a policeman that patrols at night as well. Though I don't like the reasoning behind the patrolman, I can appreciate business looking out for the safety of the patrons and staff.“

“We love Canes, and so does my granddaughter! But there is one situation I would rather not be exposed too. The lil guy that wants to be a girl at the front counter. I could care less what life style he likes, but the awkward questions I have to answer from my 5yo granddaughter is something we can do without.“

“Raising canes is always good anywhere you go, service is always great. 1 star for atmosphere is only because it's a drive through only, there are chairs and tables outside but 95% mainly a drive through. Candace combo was 18.00 after taxes. Chicken fingers are obviously smaller then years ago.“

“Delivering DoorDash for this restaurant was quick and exactly how I ordered!! Always lived their food, didn't get to eat some this time. Now that was a bummer!! Bring me some CANES SAUCE. Oh yeah, in case you I didn't know, ask for Bob's butter on your toast. It stands for Butter On Both Sides.“

“Baby I grew up in the Field and the blue store has always been apart of my childhood and adulthood. I live in Texas now but when I’m back home I do not come back to Texas without stopping at the blue store for my chicken, potato logs , turkey wings and pig tails!!! If you’re in BR and you don’t stop here you’re crazy !“
