Customer service here.i have been here20 minutes is unexpected 😞 Where is the owner to this location. This was crazy. Where is a manager? They get lazy people to easy jobs and still can manage.

I don’t know why they bother taking interviews. It is obvious they hire anybody. The employees’ lack of education, including the manager, is astounding. Don’t think if you give them an easy order, they will get it right. I went inside and watched the employee question what a Whopper plain with cheese was. I don’t know how this place isn’t shutdown. They’ll make you pull around to the front most of the time, and when you get your order, it probably is missing something you payed for, or has something on your burger you asked not to be on it.

About a week and half ago i had stopped in to grab me something to eat...there was a young man named Eldon Jones working the counter...before i began to order i explained to him that i was very low on money and very hungry because of tbe goverment shut down. I asked Eldon if he could help me figure out what would be the best deal for the money that i had. He was very polite charasmatic and more than willing to help me out in every way...including ringing up multiple variations to see what worked best...he was smiling the entire time .... I have to say over the years at burger king you never know what kind of experience your going to have and it had been quite a few years since been to this location because the last time i was there the employees were very short and rude and seemed to be so unhappy at work. It was refressing to be greeted and treated with kindness and a welcoming smile..and a wonderful moral boost to experience such kindness from someone in the work force that was so genuine..regardless of my situtution...and probably so many others.... We all share this world and we need more people like him...

Ms. Monique was absolutely wonderful! She gave the best customer service as well as professionalism! She went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met! She was also very friendly! I wish more people were like her the world would be a better place!
Im not sure what changed but I avoided this location at all cost for years because of the horrible service and food but the last 4 visit service was good and food was Fresh & Hot!!!!!! Im glad management stepped up and identified the past issues.

I just left from there sat in line for 30mins no one answered the drive thru. I saw people in there and the lady that had the headset on at the window refuse to take orders and it was 5 cars behind me. Please find new employees and managers to run this location.
