Service was OK could’ve been better. I had a steak burrito it was mid at best. I’ve had better steak tacos there’s where cool. Wife said her steak quesadilla was pretty good. kind of expensive I’ve had similar meals at trucks for a lot less. probably won’t be going back was in the area so we stopped by killing time, but overall not a bad place.

Just an average Tex-Mex spot. Our food was okay, but a few things missed the mark. We ordered queso with shrimp and were served queso with pico de gallo instead. The carne asada was chewy and dry, which was disappointing. Honestly, the only thing we really enjoyed were the chips and salsa. The restaurant definitely needs to improve the quality of their dishes.

I didnt care for that shrimp dish featured in the video, but that's my preference. Heard it was popular. I got a sampler dish that was cool, and 5$ frozen margaritas during happy hour.
The place was empty around 2 and I didn't mind at all.

After leaving two items off of my takeout order, the customer service that I received to rectify their mistake was HORRIBLE. I was told that I would have to go through a “third party” company to get the partial refund that I was owed, when I literally placed my to-go order directly through their restaurant’s website. They could have easily apologized for THEIR MISTAKE and refunded me for the missing items the first time I asked, but after speaking with 3 different people, I had to go back to the restaurant in-person to get the situation rectified. And the male cashier I encountered still tried to deny my warranted refund. DO BETTER, Burrito’s Grill staff.
