After leaving two items off of my takeout order, the customer service that I received to rectify their mistake was HORRIBLE. I was told that I would have to go through a “third party” company to get the partial refund that I was owed, when I literally placed my to-go order directly through their restaurant’s website. They could have easily apologized for THEIR MISTAKE and refunded me for the missing items the first time I asked, but after speaking with 3 different people, I had to go back to the restaurant in-person to get the situation rectified. And the male cashier I encountered still tried to deny my warranted refund. DO BETTER, Burrito’s Grill staff.

Placed an online order , waited 40 minutes to go pick up the order to only then be told they weren’t making online orders AFTER we already got there , already paid for the order online and was told to get refunded we would have to contact our bank . Then after being told our food was never made we asked for margaritas , waited 20 minutes just for them to ask again what we wanted and that the frozen margarita aren’t made and we will have to wait longer . Typically they’re food is amazing and so is their service but only seem to prioritize people who are sitting down at the restaurant.

The food is so good! We eat here like 3 times a week because we just can’t stay away. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great too. I love the California burrito, tortilla soup, and camerones a la diabla. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this place! The service there is impeccable. And the food is just as good. I always have a great experience when I visit Burritos Grill, whether with friends or dining alone. Oh, and the drinks are sooooo good. I went when they had 2-for-1 margueritas, and I couldn't decide on which flavor I wanted, because they were ALL so good. It helped that Nicole was so accommodating and had so much patience. She was kind. We got there about 10 minutes before closing (because I didn't know what time they closed), but she sat us anyway and told us to take our time with ordering. She even gave us information about an upcoming event they're having for Cinco de Mayo. Overall, my experience was a great one and I'll definitely continue to visit!

The food here is seriously awesome—I got the Cali burrito and it was really good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. I even cut it up a bit to enjoy it more, and it still held together perfectly. The only downside is they don’t refill your drinks as often as I’d like, but that’s minor. Overall, great spot with great food. Definitely recommend!

I stumbled upon this real Mexican food restaurant while getting a tire change nearby. Delicious salsa. Homemade beans. Homemade tortillas!!! Everything else so very delicious. Good prices. Kind service. The atmosphere is very plain and casual. Nothing special, but I am there to eat!!
