I have been several times, wanting to give them a chance. The service is horrible, and although there is not of traffic, they never have anything on the menu. I went in this evening, and they only had three of the menu meats. I walked in, and no one was at the counter, and finally the “ pit master “ came out from the back, and said “yeah” where is was told they only had three of the meats on the menu. AWFUL customer service, we waited 40 minutes for a child’s French fries and tater tots. We were told they only have “a small pot for frying”. The grilled cheese sandwich was 2 pieces of toasted bread with a cold slice of cheese thrown in between (the cheese was literally still cold). Their barbecue sauces were sat in a steam well that wasn’t even plugged in.
