Dickey's Barbecue Pit

It took quite a while for the young man to show up from out of the back room. I ordered fried okra, they had no okra. I ordered a brisket slider, no drinks were available. The price would have been the same. So, i ordered the brisket slider and he said they only have it on the bun, i said nevermind and left. Totally unconcerned and unbothered with everything. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I will never go back. was told that I was unable to get a receipt because they couldn't print it out...was told that there was little to no sauce available...was told there were no fries...had planned to eat in but after observation decided to get food to go...at least at home I have baby rays bbq sauce.... maybe it was a bad night...I don't plan on ever going back...far from impressed... my wife, son and I were the only people there...7:00pm on a Friday night, 26sep2025.

6:45 on a Wednesday, I call ahead to ask if they had baked potatoes. They answered and said that they didn't. I don't know what the secret is to getting one of those again. I drove here anyway cuz I do like their food. Doors locked. Can't see Inside but I waited a while. FRIGGIN RUDE AND BAD BUSINESS. Next time I'll just go straight to Blue Oak BBQ

It's always a problem at this location they're always out of stuff. The black guy that works here is not friendly at all. I'm so surprised that this location is still open really. This Dickey's is a waste of space.

Ordered via UberEats using credits they gave for the last time Dickie's messed up my order. The food was even worse this time. Baked Beans and turkey were burnt. Green beans were flavorless. I wont bother ordering again.

We are never coming back here ! First off the man that cooks and is also at the register is so rude not good for a business at all. We came back the second time to see if it was just a one time thing and we liked the food and the cups we have like 6 but believe me we felt so uncomfortable !! It’s like that guy is doing us a favor by even taking our order ,like why have someone working if they scare of customers with their bad attitude? We prefer driving further away where the customer service is at least better. Never coming back nor my family members.I don’t think I need to post his picture but I’ll describe him he’s a tall black man with dreads he’s the only person that we ever seen there taking orders/ cooking.

Absolutely disgusting service poor customer service from waitress with dreadlocks refusing her name after poor service I asked for the number to corporate was cussed out as well....a terrible representative for your company I'll make sure to tell anyone and everyone to never visit this establishment especially with that unruly lady working her attitude has lost you guys business..I was a customer and was refused bathroom use ....i was discriminated upon picking up a DoorDash order makes me a customer of the store ....can I sue ?

Website clearly says they close at 9. I placed an order at 8:15 and went to pick it up, my card was charged. When I arrived at 8:30, they were closed, I called no answer. The next day I had two missed calls, called back and was told they actually close at 8 although their sign and website say otherwise. I have to call back, wait for 2-3 business days to be refunded. This is ridiculous. Update your actual hours and make sure your website does not allow people to order after hours if you actually close before 9.

Went in and the guy working didnt seem like he wanted to be there or serve anything. He kept acting like he couldnt hear what we were saying. There were only 2 meats available. Got turned off by the employees demeanor and lack of options, so we walked out.

The website allowed us to place an order for pick up at 8:30 pm . We arrived and the place was indeed closed although the website allowed us to order and google stated they closed for 9 . Called repeatedly BEFORE 9pm and no answer . I’ll be disputing the $55 charge with my bank .

I order via DoorDash as I’ve eaten inside before and thought it would be the same quality. Nope! I was served stale Mac and cheese, heavily wilted green beans, the wrong drink and my order notes for my baked potato was missing. A waste of $40 for one person. I’ll be eating at Blue Oak from now on.

I work a few doors down from this location my stomach was cramping I was waiting on a ride so I stepped inside and sat down at a stool there were no customers inside the employee came around and asked me if I was purchasing anything I told him no I work a few doors down it is extremely hot and I was just waiting on my ride they would be there momentarily he rudely stated he didn't mind if I stay inside but I needed to purchase something I will never eat at this establishment again

Zero customer service. Order had to be described 3 times because the employee was resting while i ordered. Half the menu was unavailable. Only 1 employee during lunch hours. Didn't stay for the food because the ordering process was so bad, it ruined the experience instantly.

This must be family raving on here . The food was gross . I could not eat it . Chicken sandwich wasn't cooked and they just squeezed BBQ sauce on it . Left starving . Friend got baked potato. Literally had to go eat after we left .$45 Could have gotten a baked potatoes & chicken sandwich from. Wendies for less than half that was edible
