I ordered $33.50 worth of food tipped $8.50. They delivered my pizza to the wrong place because of their driving app. I called and spoke to Eugene the store manager he said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t remake my pizza or refund me . We got into it a few times . Lo and behold my husband calls and they remake the pizza WRONG and send it again with a different driver ,sexist ? Probably ... That diver was very nice and confirmed what I thought that it was sent to the wrong house . I asked him to let them know he said he would. No call back, no apology nothing . I WILL NEVER order from here again. Papa John’s will forever receive my money . I should have tipped the last guy but I didn’t have any cash and didn’t think about it till after. He didn’t have a problem calling me back to argue with me he should have definitely called back to apologize.
UPDATE The store manager must of seen this post he called my husband back again harassing him and saying it was the same building WHICH it was not . The last driver confirmed it was a different driver and different building good thing for cameras 💯👏 I’m sure dominos tracks everything also. I’m on the phone with corporate right now . If this manager calls back again I’ll be talking to my cop friends and pressing charges 🙃 this guy needs to find another job that fits his attitude better because customer service is not it . You call and APOLOGIZE when you or your workers make a mistake not harass people . Have the day that you deserve Eugene 💯( my WINDOW camera has audio and recorded the whole conversation I had with the last driver) 😊

The blonde girl with ponytail and visor that works about everyday.. Literally grabbed her drink, book, AND CIGARETTE..set it on expo line ...where the top pizzas... Pulled a pizza pan out and started making pizzas next to her smoke. She couldnt even wash her hands to make pizza orders after touching and leaving the 🚬 CIGARETTE.. On line ik view to all to see.
No the worst is she turned around and said i dont care when it was mentioned!
Side note it was like 45 degrees inside store . 2 others said it was cold and waited outside for food

Very busy but managed to get my order to me promptly.
I was at a nearby hotel. The time from order to delivery was 2hrs and 15 minutes. Really the slowest ever for a reliable Dominos fan. Warm, not hot and another lady at the motel was furious a s well from long waiting. They are embarrassing to the many good stores. Avoid delivery orders.

Ordered food to be delivered for my disabled father who was hungry and myself. I was in the process of getting ready to go to work and simply waiting on the food to be put in the oven while I was getting my money ready to pay and give a 15 dollar tip and then received a phone call to which I was told that it is the policy of dominos in Chalmette that they don't deliver to my neighborhood after "dark". Why would that be Domino's?

Ordered 2 weeks ago using a 50% off coupon i got due to a previous messed up order..
Well, they got that order wrong too!! Actually gave me someone else's order..
Supposedly issued me another 50% off coupon which i have yet to receive...
Drum roll.......
Ordered again tonight.. used Dominos tracker on the app.. everything paid for on the app mind you..
I get notified my order is ready and I pull up to the windows.
I give them my name and they take more than 5 minutes and don't see my order... gave my name again .. then get asked if I paid for it...
Switching to Pizza Hut and Little Caesars from now on..
