Ordered food to be delivered for my disabled father who was hungry and myself. I was in the process of getting ready to go to work and simply waiting on the food to be put in the oven while I was getting my money ready to pay and give a 15 dollar tip and then received a phone call to which I was told that it is the policy of dominos in Chalmette that they don't deliver to my neighborhood after "dark". Why would that be Domino's?

Ordered 2 weeks ago using a 50% off coupon i got due to a previous messed up order..
Well, they got that order wrong too!! Actually gave me someone else's order..
Supposedly issued me another 50% off coupon which i have yet to receive...
Drum roll.......
Ordered again tonight.. used Dominos tracker on the app.. everything paid for on the app mind you..
I get notified my order is ready and I pull up to the windows.
I give them my name and they take more than 5 minutes and don't see my order... gave my name again .. then get asked if I paid for it...
Switching to Pizza Hut and Little Caesars from now on..

Delivery driver left the food by the door. I did not know it was there. By the time I saw it, It was cold. Tried calling them, they left me on hold a long time then hung up on me. Absolutely the worse. Did a drive thru order about a year ago and it was almost burnt. Thought I would give it a try again. Big mistake.

Ordered a hand tossed 2 topping pizza. The pizza barely had any cheese, was burnt, and was paper thin. They didn't give us our pasta so I had to go back in for it. Very disappointed.

Very bad service a with the supervisor chelsey. She was very very rude on the phone and hung up in my face twice and they was 2 and 1/2 hrs late with my food and she have an attitude.
According to the app, it tells you that your order is ready, then you go in to pick it up and nothing, they didn't even start to prepare it very badly.

I love this Domino's, I think that's the 1st time I've ever said that lol. The Pan Pizza and Cookie Brownies are always Great!! But when u call to order, just press 2 then 2 so u will talk to the store, not the hotline, it will save u $7.00 everytime ?
14JUNE2024 BE AWARE THAT DOMINOS PRICES ARE NOT SO CHEAP W THAT "$5 DELIVERY FEE" ? And that's not a tip for the driver!!! Dominos Chalmette is always good. They deliver from 3 mi away to Arabi but Pizza Hut refuses to drive the 2 mi. saying "we're not allowed to go there"? Why, crime? Wth is with pizza hut?

Normally I have a good experience but tonight it was not so great. I left a detailed note in my order to please bring change as that’s all I had as the form of payment (I have did this multiple times before and it has been honored) tonight, when the driver approached I spoke with her to see that she brought change and she informed me that she did not I said oh well it was in the notes with my order she tells me oh well can’t help you and proceed to turn and walk away (no biggie because I didn’t pay for it but that was my kids dinner tonight). I then called the store to speak to a manager because if change cannot be given then I should’ve received a call regarding that but I did not and the manager had an attitude when I brought it to his attention and flat out told me sorry ma’am that’s not my problem (which he’s correct it’s not) but I should have been informed about this prior to the driver in transport. Very bad management tonight and very poor communication within the staff.Probably ruined my choice of pizza .
