Excellent good and service. We had red beans/ pork chop and fixings and white beans/pork chop and fixings. If you like slightly sweet potato salad then you will love theirs.

I have been hearing soo many good things about this place, so I decided to order breakfast at work. This place was far from amazing. I got the porchop breakfast and a breakfast bagel. The portions were huge. The porkchop was humungous. The grits were nice and creamy.

I can not wait to try more of the menu

Man! lemme tell you folks. On my visit we tried many items on the menu. Shrimp and grits, Oreo waffle, hasbrowns, pancakes eggs and beignets. All the food was savory and full a flavor perfectly cooked. I will be back on my next visit to Nola.

I wasn't so much impressed. I accepted the fact i spent 50$ on the food but wasn't happy with what I ordered. The person who took my order was nice and informative. I ordered the chicken crackling basket and be warned it's dark meat boneless thigh nuggets in my opinion the best part of the meal was the fries. the other person I was with ordered a shrimp poboy large loaf bread with some fried shrimp then the fries were an extra almost 6 dollars. I tipped 15 % which was 6$ a fair tip for a to go order. I'm sorry but I will not return. what's missing I fed to my dogs.

Went to Family Cajun Kitchen in the Parish! Please support this black owned establishment. We happened to stumble upon them thanks to my sister in law. We started out in search of lunch and went to Crave, but left because of all the uncomfortable stares we got as soon we walked in. We paid for our teas and left. We walked into Family Cajun Kitchen and were welcomed and greeted by staff. We immediately felt at home. And the food was AMAZING! Today they had oxtail soup as the special and it was so good. Jared ate all of his burger and the chicken bites were made with dark meat so they was juicy and tender! PLUS, White Chicks was playing on the tv. I felt like we were at home! We will be back!!

$15 for a single hot sausage patty on bun. $9 for seasoned fries with ranch. $15 for shrimp on bun. Overly priced. $45 for two people to dine in. The shrimp and hot sausage patty did not have any seasoning.
