Please please people don't come to this place on the 23th of the month on Judge Perez in St. Bernard OMG if you have your shirt you purchase for a discount and come for the special. Im here now waiting for 2 hours in the drive thru and still have not gotten my food. Please buy something else to eat very poor management 😕. They knew it was a special day why wait till the last minute to prepare 👎 !

Dear Fiery Crab Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food I received from your Chalmette, LA
location on January 17, 2026.
I ordered a crab bag, calamari, a seafood platter, and beignets, and unfortunately none of the items met
basic quality expectations. The crab bag had no flavor at all. The calamari and seafood platter were
soaked in grease and tasted old. The beignets were especially disappointing, as they tasted like old
grease and were completely inedible.
I spent approximately $90 on this order and was unable to eat the food because it was that bad. As a
result, I had to spend an additional $30 elsewhere just to get something to eat. This experience was
extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially given the cost and my expectation of quality from your
restaurant.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and would appreciate a response regarding how this
issue can be addressed. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control for future customers.

My family and I decided to dine in. Upon entering there was 1 table occupied. And another couple just sat down at a table. No one greeted us or spoke to us. We just sat ourselves while looking around. We were looking at the workers just looking around and talking to each other. We sat about 10 minutes until my husband asked for some menus. But they were all dealing with the couple behind us who paid for their food for to go but before receiving their food decided to just stay and eat. All 3 of the front workers were dealing with that situation and passed us up and no one spoke to us. Then my husband said excuse me, one of the workers came up to the table with a north face jacket on zipped up with the hoodie on. She comes to the table and says what you need? My husband said menus. Now she leaves the table and goes back to go back and forth with the couple who they where trying to get rid of just because they want to eat their to go food in the place. So that goes to show that they will rather put people out instead of letting the paid customers stay and eat. But she finally comes back to the table sets the 2 menus in front of my husband for all 5 of us and says I’ll be back brotha. She goes back to where the other workers were at the welcome station and continues to go back and forth with the couple who wanted to speak to the manager. They were laughing and were very unprofessional. We decided to just get up and walk out. No one tried to speak to us. We will never be back. Whoever is running this place needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. This is bad business.

Very cold friendly staff a very comfortable area in safe area !!! The temperature was extremely cold !!! With my family we enjoyed our time here good deals

This place a year ago understood flavor. When you ask for garlic butter mild, you got that with SOOO much flavor! I don't know if they have someone different cooking in the kitchen, but this is unacceptable! I specifically asked for MILD and got home and received made in spices to the 10th power spicy! I'm talking about spicy that burn your lip. That much spice does NOT equal flavor! I called and asked to speak to the manager and was grilled about what the call was in reference to and was not allowed to speak to him/her. I will NOT be eating here again, and I'm very disappointed.

I came here with a group of classmates. Gratitudes were already added to the total. As i go to pay , the waiter swipe my card but only a little piece of the receipt came out due to it running out . She assured me i didn’t need to sign ( we were in a rush to get back to school) and i took the little receipt . Well SHE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE AS SHE PUT AN TIP ON MY CARD HERSELF. I contacted management she told me her card do the same , i never know capital one to hold a charge . The payment clear on my account and indeed she over charged my card . I’m very disappointed, that is theft and management back her waiter . Please check yall receipts and back account. I’m in disbelief I always eat at this particular one .

I order here through Door Dash. This my third time. Usually got shrimp on po-boys which were good. This time half shrimp half oyster. Got two ends, both smaller than usual, and I thought the oysters were terrible.
