We've been here 4 times the service was ok the last 3 time but this time was absolutely terrible. Only reason we continue to come is because the food is good otherwise we wouldn't come back.

That’s was the worst I have had . I paid for the special for $23.99 and only got 10 Shrimps 1 Corn 2 thin sliced of smoke sausage like it goes in red beans 2 small potatoes and 1 crab leg . That was my first time and last time I will ever spend my money there. Taxes seafood bag has better quality than y’all . And I’m from Chalmette . Y’all needs to do better because y’all are cheating people out they money and people that don’t knows better thinks they are getting a deal but y’all really is getting ripped off

Why have I never tried this place?! My family and I finally ate here tonight. It was soooooo good. We loved the option to customize your seafood: pick your seasoning and pick your spiciness. So cool! Oftentimes, when you eat seafood, it's either bland, seasoning is odd, too much, too spicy, not spicy enough, etc. This was perfect. We did the Cajun seasoning, plus "hot" on our order of snow crabs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. It was perfect. It was messy too, but soooo tasty! Also ordered a dozen charbroiled oysters, which were phenomenal. Our son got the chicken tenders, which were surprisingly good.

Service was great too! Thank you, Precious!

We will definitely be back again very soon.

Every time we go, we get greeted with smiles. The order is smooth. Food is always hot. I always get the snow crabs. The only thing is the amount of sausage. I know 4 pieces do not equal a 1/2lb, then when I ask and PAY for extra sausage, it looks like only 2 more pieces were added. I know what a pound of sausage looks like.
Still only getting 4 pieces of sausage ?, the service and the staff are always wonderful.

I had a curbside order and no one brought it out at the appropriate time , I went in only to figure out they don’t have curbside and the person who answered the phone hung up in my face as soon as I asked about my curbside order. I also tipped for a curbside order and it literally didn’t even happen.

The crawfish fried rice is my go-to when I need a quick bite ToGo! It is delicious & very reasonably priced! Any of the boiled seafood is great & you just can't order wrong if you love boiled seafood! It's not cheap, but worth it! And they often have specials that'll save you a few bucks...

I went to the Fiery Crab in Chalmette August twenty seventh and a manager by the name of Ms. Star was soo rude to me! I asked her a question and she got really angry! She was extremely rude. She does not need to be working in any public places with that type of attitude. She was extremely unprofessional with a bad attitude. I went live so people can see how I was being treated. When I went live, she started using all kinds of hand gestures. I felt like she wanted to fight me. No one should ever have to deal with that kind of service.

I'm not a big seafood lover, but when I have taste for it, I expect it to be amazing and my food was nothing short of it.
I ordered the $23 special they had going on and a side fried shrimp. DELICIOUS!!
Our server Jay was also amazing. She made sure our entire party was well taken care of. Good food and service would always make come back!!
