I bought a Danish, asked for it to be warmed. It was not warmed when served to me. As I am eating, I notice mold spots within the Danish. That's absolutely unacceptable.

I had a Almond Joy Frappuccino & my mom, had Wedding Cake hot coffee. We both thought "it was delicious"! The customer service was also EXCELLENT! VERY Kind & helpful too. My 1st time going & every time I'm in town.."I won't pass by without going to French Press Coffee! My husband, wants to go & get his favorite Mocha Frappuccino. I want to try another one of their many flavors. I'd recommend French Press Coffee. 1) it's affordable 2) it's one of the best tasting Frappuccinos I've ever had! 3) it's locally own. 4) I'd rather spend my $ at locally owned businesses. If your a Coffee lover, like my husband and I Go get your Coffee & a Snack here. This is my favorite coffee place down here in St Bernard! They make my lafreeze sugar-free and decaf which is great for me since I'm a diabetic and I have high blood pressure and I still crave my coffee's. Great staff and super sweet!!

I was in your coffee shop a few weeks ago while visiting New Orleans. The girl that waited on us, I think her name was Grace was not very graceful. There were 4 of us and she acted like it was an issue to serve us. Attitude for days! She was really talking to us like we were idiots and had never had a cup of coffee in our lives. She had her hand on her hip the whole time, like it was an inconvenience to give you some business. Then whenever we did get our coffees, they were horrible! I don’t know if she messed with our coffee but we really couldn’t drink them. We tried to find her but she was nowhere to be seen. We visit New Orleans frequently and we will not ever spend another dime at your establishment. Customer service is important and she obviously doesn’t care to give it.Kid-friendliness: I would never bring my child here with our server’s attitude. Wouldn’t want my kids to think that’s a normal way for people to act.
