Very poor customer service. I placed a order for a half dozen 2 glaze, 2 blueberry, 2 powder donuts. The servant got the order wrong. When I got home and realized I called the restaurant and I was told by the servant and the manager Jay that the only resolution was to have me drive back and either get a refund once the donuts were returned orI could have 2 donuts switched out for the glaze. Both options was a huge inconvenience since I live about 10min away. I decided to return them for a refund. Congratulations Gerald's loss a dedicated customer the same as I have loss time and gas coming back.

went to the location on Judge Perez 3/06/25 to order hot donuts as the light was flashing at 10:45am. the waiter said they couldn't sell no more hot because they shut it down and 1/2 hr. before I came. I said well the light is flashing she looked out the window and said oh I'm bout to turn it off, with a smirk on her face, which seems to me that she was lying. She pretended like she went to the back to ask and come right back to the window with the same lil stupid smirk on her face lying, her face told it all. It's the young girl with the blonde hair she had on a yellow shirt. If she doesn't want to do her job she shouldn't be there.

Rather go to the one in arabi how do you let someone wait at the window for 10 mins and then you take phone orders and still don’t come to the window what is actually going on .
We love seeing the staff at Geralds. Me Uncle Glynn, Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Louie always feel so welcomed. Amanda is a sweetheart as well as all the others. Thanks for making us feel like part of the Geralds Fam.

Ordered a waffle and it came out dry and floury tasting. They ignored you if you are not a regular. The overall feeling was just undeniably wrong and hateful.
