Bugs on the donuts! Bugs on the donuts! Oh my god I'm disgusted, lady said sorry there's nothing she can do about it, then proceeds to serve the buggy donuts to a couple of children! But c'mon man BUGS ON THE DONUTS! BUGS IN THE DONUT CABINET! DIFFERENT KINDS OF BUGS NOT JUST ONE KIND!

Best chicken and waffles I've had since moving to the south in Nov 2023. Will be back every time we come back to New Orleans. BTW the donuts are fire.
Ordered 3 Hot Sausage Poboy’s with fries off of Uber Eats each poboy was 16.99. Picked up the order didn’t check it until we home all we had were the poboys no fries. Call the restaurant because a poboy by itself cost 8.99 she told me the order only had the hot sausage poboys on it no fries. I told her I paid for fries and told me I had to take it up with Uber Eats. All I could say was “wow” . Will never order here again !! Bad attitudes and bad service !

Such a terrible place. If you are looking for breakfast foods please save yourself and go to Waffle House. Took 20 min for my drink order to be taken and then another 20 min for my food order then it took another 40 min to actually get my food. The French toast with fruit was soggy and gross. The fruit was literally slimy. So gross and will never be back.
The food was NOT cooked all the way and was cold when we got about 30 to 40 min later and was cover with oil or grease and the gravy tasted bad and old ,I sent my food back for them to fix it and it came out had more oil on it then before . The waitress was very rude and she acted like we was bothering her . Over all not a good start to my morning I will not eating there again

Tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday: Food Edition at my daughter’s school . They have to bring in something cool and wacky that they like to eat. First thing that jumps to my mind is the really large donut that she likes from Gerald’s. I call ahead of time to confirm they have it available because they only make “ one a day “ or so I was told. She says “ yes ! we have one glaze available “. I said to her “ Can you box it up for me , I’m around the corner at the store but I don’t want anyone to come in and purchase it before we get there “. She says back to me “ Yes ma’am , I can do that . I completely understand “! Of course , I buy my daughter some milk out the store &ride over to Gerald’s and the same damn voice from over the phone comes to the window where I inquired about the phone call for the donut &proceeds to tell me “ Sorry ! We sold it. Someone came in before you.” AS IF WE HAD NOT HAD THE CONVERSATION AT ALL . I hate service like this because it leaves a bad taste in my mouth &I frequent Gerald’s way too many times a week to excuse it. ?
