In my recent dining experience, I ordered the 8-piece chicken wings and fries, which unfortunately turned out to be exceptionally poor. The chicken was overcooked, resulting in a flavor reminiscent of spoiled seafood. I promptly brought this matter to the attention of the cashier and the individual in charge. However, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, indicating that there was no recourse for the unsatisfactory quality of the food. As a result, I have decided to refrain from patronizing this establishment in the future.

I ordered the catfish poboy fries and corn. The corn was well seasoned and great with or without butter. The fries were good. The catfish was good, and the portion size was large. Will try again.

I bought 10lbs of crawfish two turkey necks two smoked sausages 3 corn š½ 2 boiled eggs I was very very disappointed ā¹ļø 10 lbs of crawfish that we could not enjoy because the they were very overcooked as well as the sausage very overcooked and mushy the turkey necks were very overcooked and mushy the only thing that wasn't a disaster was the corn this was a horrible experience and a complete waste of time and money

I went in to get a hot sausage sandwich and the cashier over charged me for the food and the food was NOT good. They carved the inside of my bun out, and the hot sausage was dry

I had a terrible experience at this place the 12-30-2025, I ordered 4 poyboys 3 roast beef, 1 shrimp . The roast beef didnāt taste like roast beef and the gravy was not good, the shrimp were so bad that I had to spit it out.

Have eaten here many times. Multiple times the shrimp seemed slightly off but this time it was not passable AT ALL. Tasted old and disgusting. Fries were nearly inedible.
Called and the lady on the phone said there was nothing they could do because it was against their policy but couldnāt even tell us what the policy was. We didnāt want a refundājust some fresh food that wasnāt disgusting. Nothing rude was said to her, we just didnāt understand how this could be and she said if we brought the food back that sheād call the cops for harassment since she already said thereās nothing they could do.
Definition of bad business. Unnecessary and extremely disappointing. What a waste.

I had a terrible experience with Keithās Seafood in Chalmette today. The food quality was extremely disappointing ā it was nowhere near the fresh, flavorful seafood I expected. The meal was bland and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for too long or cooked in old dirty grease. Worse shrimp platter Iāve ever had.
When I tried to reach out to the manager to let them know about the issue, I was shocked at the treatment I received. Not only was the manager completely unwilling to address my concerns, but she also hung up on me and, surprisingly, threatened to call the police if I came back to speak to them in person! She said she doesnāt have to express or go over the policy of the store with me. I was only trying to share my experience politely, hoping for a chance to resolve the issue or at least be heard, but was met with hostility instead which was very frustrating.
Itās disappointing when a business has no customer service or respect for its patrons, especially given the competition in the area. If youāre considering dining here, Iād recommend exploring other seafood options where youāre treated with respect and can count on a quality meal. I honestly wanted to go back and take my little tip I left as the āmanagerā there didnāt deserve a penny.

Called up and asked for different sides than what came with the platter and she refused despite telling the lady I would pay for the difference. I won't come back and I threw out the menu. The previous day I had a good experience when I ordered in the store and dealt with the older lady (owner/manager?)
I like love it because of its simplicity, awesome food, and service. The waiting staff don't bother, you get your food almost immediately (fresh and fast) and if you choose to eat their the booths are very secluded so you and a friend, co worker, date etc can eat undisturbed (my favorite part). Highly recommend

I'm a truck driver and just happened to see this place from the road. It's not listed below but I've had the Shrimp Alfredo 3 times now with the last time coupled with some wings. Great food and very nice folks each time I've been there, both the staff and the customers.
