I had a terrible experience at this place the 12-30-2025, I ordered 4 poyboys 3 roast beef, 1 shrimp . The roast beef didn’t taste like roast beef and the gravy was not good, the shrimp were so bad that I had to spit it out.

Have eaten here many times. Multiple times the shrimp seemed slightly off but this time it was not passable AT ALL. Tasted old and disgusting. Fries were nearly inedible.
Called and the lady on the phone said there was nothing they could do because it was against their policy but couldn’t even tell us what the policy was. We didn’t want a refund—just some fresh food that wasn’t disgusting. Nothing rude was said to her, we just didn’t understand how this could be and she said if we brought the food back that she’d call the cops for harassment since she already said there’s nothing they could do.
Definition of bad business. Unnecessary and extremely disappointing. What a waste.

I had a terrible experience with Keith’s Seafood in Chalmette today. The food quality was extremely disappointing – it was nowhere near the fresh, flavorful seafood I expected. The meal was bland and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for too long or cooked in old dirty grease. Worse shrimp platter I’ve ever had.
When I tried to reach out to the manager to let them know about the issue, I was shocked at the treatment I received. Not only was the manager completely unwilling to address my concerns, but she also hung up on me and, surprisingly, threatened to call the police if I came back to speak to them in person! She said she doesn’t have to express or go over the policy of the store with me. I was only trying to share my experience politely, hoping for a chance to resolve the issue or at least be heard, but was met with hostility instead which was very frustrating.
It’s disappointing when a business has no customer service or respect for its patrons, especially given the competition in the area. If you’re considering dining here, I’d recommend exploring other seafood options where you’re treated with respect and can count on a quality meal. I honestly wanted to go back and take my little tip I left as the “manager” there didn’t deserve a penny.

Called up and asked for different sides than what came with the platter and she refused despite telling the lady I would pay for the difference. I won't come back and I threw out the menu. The previous day I had a good experience when I ordered in the store and dealt with the older lady (owner/manager?)

I like love it because of its simplicity, awesome food, and service. The waiting staff don't bother, you get your food almost immediately (fresh and fast) and if you choose to eat their the booths are very secluded so you and a friend, co worker, date etc can eat undisturbed (my favorite part). Highly recommend

Atmosphere in the Restaurant was great walking in Cashier service was excellent they Answered all my questions with Politeness she tolded me about the meau I never been there before I seen a lot of Bad reviews about Keith's Seafood I was scared of going but the food looks so good on the internet meau I tolded the Cashier's about what I was reading Well THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT different owner I was tolded the food was fried excellent not hard like I like it beer batter onion rings fire?Seafood platter ?excellent fish, Oysters,big ,big Shrimp beer batter sweet onion rings ,potatoe salad ,toast bread so much food for the price I even ordered Seafood Crabs,crawfish,a Big plate to go of my choice so much food I have a NEW PLACE TO GO we enjoyed everything yall check Keith's Seafood out u won't be Disappointed

I got the wings with the Alfredo and shrimp pasta it was very good. I also order the shrimp poboy it has a lot of shrimp and that was very good. Oh, and the price is reasonable. I ordered for 2, we will eat on it for a couple of days.
The food is great here..I love everything from the seafood on down to the hot foods such as the fried rice, lo mein, wings, and etc. the employees have great customer service and greets me with a smile every time. I’m also in and out within at least 5-10 minutes depending on what i order. The prices are very reasonable too.
I love this place but the lady today was rude i tried to make an order for pickup and she said i can just come in and order all that we dont do that for that much food when it wasnt much ?
