I call this place A lil duck off because it's so well hidden that many don't know about them. Yet. The service and food get a ➕ A in my book. The owner is a friendly woman, with that good southern hospitality we all love. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Good home cooking beats fast food any day of the week. Glad my cousin recommended them. Gotta support our own and support local small business at home. God bless.

First time going as a family for lunch and we were all pleased. Ribs, baked chicken, smothered pork chop, gumbo, baked Mac, cabbage were all very tasty. Only one of us four could finish the lunch, so servings are healthy too. It’s a local, family owned business with very friendly staff. We recommend it and will return for more

Me and my daughter went for dinner it was so good I was craving the cabbage but the bell peppers looked so good n the bac mac so I had to get a little of everything cause I couldn't decide it was delicious and I will definitely be back

We ordered today we had a fish plate , rib plate and lama beans with baked chicken. Everything was amazing and no food was wasted. Great service and amazing food.

If you like great southern/soul food, you will love this place! My mom & I stopped in for a late lunch 6/30/2021 and when I tell you it was like eating at my maw-maw's I am not exaggerating. BBQ rib tips, greens, baked macaroni, corn bread and gumbo....oooh sha, c'est si bon!!! And the owner & kitchen crew make you feel at home, right down to the music playing on the mini juke box. It was like a school/family reunion for me. Seen friends/family I haven't seen in a while and got to catch up while eating some amazing food. Me and my people will definitely be going back, so we will see you soon, Ms. Katrina King!
