I tried ordering my food for over an hour. Unfortunately, I never got my food or was able to order it because the person kept hanging up and then stop picking up the phone completely. I called both numbers and experience the same thing. Definitely wanted to try this place but just stick with fiery crab. At least you know you will be getting good service and good food and not the runaround.

Hours of operation are inaccurate. Service was horrible. Waitresses seemed as if they were doing drugs in the bathroom, multiple trips. Can’t confirm that. Food was mediocre. Again, service was horrible. Don’t eat here. I never leave reviews but had to.

This place closed months ago so obviously I wasn't there 2 days ago. My low review is based on the fact that they are now closed. However I did enjoy the food when they were open and would have given them 5 stars then. It's so sad that they closed. Hopefully they will open again once they are able to correct staffing issues.

The food is good but pay in cash and make sure you have exact change. The servers are careless and overcharge your card for tips and the owner does nothing to fix it. And when paying in cash they don’t give change.Also I ordered the dinner coconut shrimp twice and it was the lunch serving.

My literally new local favorite, there aren’t a lot of consistently good food places around Chalmette, but this is definitely one of them, I always take care of my favorite server there was another there tonight that seemed to want to be problematic but my favorite didn’t let that deter her from providing awesome service! Food is literally fantabulous restroom area is super cleaned and well tended to, a great place to eat on any occasion. One of my happy places ?

I called and placed an order over the phone. I was told that it would be 20 minutes. By the time I made it (20 minutes later) I was told my order was never placed and that I needed to place one. I just walked out. I was on lunch and didn't have time to wait again. ?

The moment I stepped in the door I regretted my decision to go there. I know it's a seafood based restaurant but it smelled like I was at a dock where they clean fish. So I had to order to go because I couldn't sit in there with the smell and when I get the food I was missing an item and the lady said that she forgot to put it in and she's sorry which didn't bother me much. I got a shrimp po boy and it didn't have enough shrimp to cover the bread and was overwhelmed with ketchup and mayo. It honestly just wasn't a pleasant experience. My stomach experience afterwards was also horrible . I'm sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone especially being a seafood restaurant in the south and it being what we are known for.
I order the snowcrab and shrimp that was delicious. In addition, I order the fried rice and beef.

My first time the fries and fish and my Daugther got the chicken strips wasn't too bad... cashier/ waitress was friendly; however a little too up beat and personal...she needs to slow down with dancing and singing when serving customers other than that l'll visit again and perhaps dine in next time... hopefully prices will be a little more reasonable!

Their food is so delicious and it's always still hot when it comes from the kitchen. This service is good the hosts are great. Would recommend anyone I know to go there on a date or just for a business meeting.

Stopped by after a baseball game at Val Reis park for a beer and Fried oysters. Service was great. Fried oysters were okay. Little over cooked for my taste. Must remember to order them Fried soft! Maybe the batter was too thick. Kinda crunchy.
