Our first time eating at Pho Parish - we were huge fans of Fharmacy when it was open in Mid-City. Pho Parish food was delicious. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls, fried egg rolls, shrimp vermicelli, and pho tai. The restaurant is spotless, the staff provided excellent service. Drove from Algiers to Chalmette and we are happy we did. We will be back.

Best pho? No. Edible? Yes. Worth the drive to Chalmette? Absolutely not. I'm not even sure how to describe the pho broth. My order was prepped incorrectly but I doubt it'd change the overall taste. The grilled chicken rice plate was ok. It tasted more like teriyaki chicken. Overall, subpar and disappointing.

This is the best pho I've ever had. The broth is just right and not salty. I had the meatball pho and my friend ordered the vegetable pho with shrimp. That was packed with mushrooms, bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. We both were so happy with our decisions. Thank you to our waitress and the chef!!

The people are nice and so is the atmosphere. Servers are trying but it's obvious they don't know what to say for certain items so just say I don't know or no. Ask to have no shrimp in the pork and shrimp spring rolls and they said it had to come that way but couldnt get just pork. Which makes me think they pre make them. I wouldn't trust a place that makes pre-made spring rolls considering they are simple to make. Another reason I asked them for no cucumber and no cilantro but there they were (good thing I wasnt allergic. But the worst part was they came out in 2 seconds and were freezing cold. Idk if it's to save time , but this was the second time weeks apart. Who wants cold pork ,or any cold food for that matter. And if they do that for something so simple I could only imagine what they do with the more sophisticated stuff.

They have an addicting Vegan Tofu Bahn Mi that I am IN LOVE with. The LOVE that’s put into the BAHN MI WARMS MY HEART and FILLS MY STOMACH EVEEEERRY TIME. Also, it’s $7.94 . Undefeatedable.

Might be the best PHO in the Greater New Orleans area! Even if not, the broth has outstanding flavor and body. The meat+veg are incredibly fresh.I also had the calamari and it literally made me happy. I will be back, OFTEN.Great and fair prices to boot. Worth a 20/25 min drive if you really want SOLID pho
