This is by far the best location I've ever had the pleasure of eating at, the service was by far top notch, the food especially the wings were amazing, the pizza, the seasoned fries all of it was very tasty, the atmosphere to chose either to dine in or carry out on the patio watching a beautiful sunset was the frosting on the cake. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of this experience deserves five stars. Thank you pizza Hut for an incredible and enjoyable experience at the Charmette, La. location. Your staff and management deserve a huge pat on the back for going out of there way to make guests like me have such a good experience. I highly recommend, and will return in the near future. 5 stars to all of the staff and management. Thank you. 🙌

I ordered and paid for my pizza on my mobile app but didn’t check my location. Trying to get the issues fixed and resolved was very frustrating. I kept being put on hold, with no explanation why, I felt I was being put off purposely. But finally I was able to get on the phone with the GM Tyler and he was the best and after he explained things to me, I felt much better. And he was able to cancel my order and give me a full refund!! Cause none of us have money to waste right now!!

Picked up my order got home with it. Open the box. It was wrong. Call to discuss with the store put on hold for 40 minutes. Called on a different phone was hung up on on purpose.

A PIZZA PARTY IN A BOX: I was really surprised smh I have ordered food from here for a very long time. But! This time, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed, to bake my pizza, and bread sticks at home. The Wings, they gave me Straight from the Freezer something round smh I live 5 minutes away I order my food and Waited there for 20 minutes Got home and the food is ice cold. Then I tipped ??♀️I guess you do get better service when you”don’t tip” Oh! And my chocolate cookie wasn’t baked smh So! I have to run It in the oven, myself as well. I’m wondering what happened. I didn’t see a familiar face.

Place an online order like I always do. I Walk in, 4 minutes later a lady walks in, immediately the guy working calls out a ladies name. Just happens to be the lady that walked in after me, he takes care of her. Still doesn't acknowledge me. Calls out a gentleman's name that was there before me, he leaves. Still no acknowledgement. So I finally said can I please have my food that's been done since before I got here. I really do not understand the lack of customer service from this location. You have 1 person cutting and handling registers on a Friday evening?? It's 100% evertime I go in here. Food is always on point is the only reason I come back and go out of my way to pick it up. At some point I'll have enough and take my business back to Papa John's.
Really bad service I went to buy 2 pizzas and the it was a white old women on the register she was so raced at us there was another Spanish people there and she was speaking in raced mood ??

I ordered a hand toss pepperoni and sausage pizza with lite sauce,get home and there's no sauce but tons of cheese, I call to talk to someone there and they put me on hold and never came back, will not be going back, they suck ??
