I ordered 2 pizzas and the team pushed them out very quickly. I was surprised by how fast they did but that just shows they’re good at their jobs. The team also seems to work well together and the atmosphere was very lively. 😊

This is by far the best location I've ever had the pleasure of eating at, the service was by far top notch, the food especially the wings were amazing, the pizza, the seasoned fries all of it was very tasty, the atmosphere to chose either to dine in or carry out on the patio watching a beautiful sunset was the frosting on the cake. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of this experience deserves five stars. Thank you pizza Hut for an incredible and enjoyable experience at the Charmette, La. location. Your staff and management deserve a huge pat on the back for going out of there way to make guests like me have such a good experience. I highly recommend, and will return in the near future. 5 stars to all of the staff and management. Thank you. 🙌

I ordered and paid for my pizza on my mobile app but didn’t check my location. Trying to get the issues fixed and resolved was very frustrating. I kept being put on hold, with no explanation why, I felt I was being put off purposely. But finally I was able to get on the phone with the GM Tyler and he was the best and after he explained things to me, I felt much better. And he was able to cancel my order and give me a full refund!! Cause none of us have money to waste right now!!

A PIZZA PARTY IN A BOX: I was really surprised smh I have ordered food from here for a very long time. But! This time, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed, to bake my pizza, and bread sticks at home. The Wings, they gave me Straight from the Freezer something round smh I live 5 minutes away I order my food and Waited there for 20 minutes Got home and the food is ice cold. Then I tipped ??♀️I guess you do get better service when you”don’t tip” Oh! And my chocolate cookie wasn’t baked smh So! I have to run It in the oven, myself as well. I’m wondering what happened. I didn’t see a familiar face.
