Parking lot is dark, no lights at all. When my app told me it was ready I drove the 15min to the store. Upon arrival I was Informed my order has not even been started. Waited the extra time to be asked my i was not leaving a tip. A tip for a pickup order? A pickup order that was late. Also the added bonus employees DO NOT wear
Now this is beyond ridiculous. As MUCH $ AS I SPEND AT PIZZA HUT I CANT EVEN REDEEM MY POINTS. THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU JUST TO LEAVE YOU ON HOLD SO THAT YOU DONT USE YOUR POINTS. I have been in the store for hours. THIS IS WRONG!!!!!!!???

I'd like to thank Domino's pizza for coming through when Pizza Hut sent us a raw pizza. Under cooked and with so much sauce and so much cheese and almost 0 toppings That it was inedible. In fact I called Pizza Hut to speak to the manager and I was on hold so long that I was able to eventually gather the pizza and drive all the way to the store while still on hold. and no ever came to the phone and when I got there they tried to tell me that the pizza was cooked correctly. well I don't think raw is correct I don't think oversauced is correct I don't think having 1 piece of sausage on my pizza is correct. For $27 And if this is what pizza Hut has become, I will no longer be ordering from there. and after I brought that up to the manager who said that oh no we don't cook our Pan pizzas to where it's crispy on the edges I got my money back and went to Domino's who cooked me a perfect Pan pizza and up until that point I didn't even like Domino's but I guess they're gonna be my go to pizza joint now, and I got 2 for $17...Chalmette, LA.

The customer service was pretty good. The only thing is the floors were very sticky. They really need to do better with mopping the floors. I was sticking to ii.

Never delivers on time, incorrect toppings, missing items, etc. Store doesn't answer their landline. Give this one a miss.
