The coffee is great but I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the amount of icing on the cinnamon rolls over the past year. The last one I received looked like it barely had a tablespoon of icing. Unacceptable

The very fact that at both entrances I have to walk thru cigarette butts to get into the place is disgusting. Either clean it up or place a container there for ppl to dispose of their butts. DISGUSTING!!!! clean it up

Did a mobile order this morning. Their line was long but I placed my order minutes before I got there. When I got to the speaker I said I had a mobile order. The lady said it’s okay this time but next time I have to come inside because I placed a mobile order and that’s because the line was long. I have a 2 year old son and 1 month old so I usually just go through the drive through lines. I didn’t know I’m supposed to go inside but since it’s such a big deal I won’t go back ?

Phenomenal service; but more importantly, coffee that delivers a rich bold taste. I love their Velvet ice coffee, PJ's, worth the bucks and the stars. You won't find watery coffee served at PJ's.
