Their customer service has really gone down hill. The young man didn’t verbally tell me my total and just stuck the card machine in my face. I then told him I was paying with cash and asked what the total was, he once again stuck the machine in my face and pointed at it, making me have to find my own total.. Like is it really that hard to speak to a paying customer and tell them their total ? Unprofessional.

this is my third time going there to get ice cream I love it but, I go there’s this Spanish boy in there talking to the blonde worker, I’m assuming it’s her boyfriend. he’s always staring at me and other customers, and making my kids very uncomfortable and they are always talking to eachother good thing 2 people are always there the young man that works there took my order but anyway I think it’s just unprofessional need to talk to eachother out of work !.

Ordered a banana malt and it is super thin, more milky than anything, not thick like a malt is supposed to be, and I'm pretty sure they charged extra for the banana which I find to be strange (usually the flavors are all the same price at other places). Hardly tastes like banana, way too much vanilla in it, and when I asked about it they just said they really blended up the banana.. My wife loves the ice cream here so I gave an extra star for that, but if you're looking for a good milkshake or malt, this ain't it.
