Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

HAIR IN MY FOOD- at opening time at that‼️‼️HEALTH HAZARD 🤮 hair was embedded in my food. Disgusting. I went at opening time. 9 AM.

Drove 20 min there and 20 min back before realizing.
Called for manager. Everyone has a attitude. No one wants to say their names when asked. And it wasn’t fixed.

This location needs a haul over of managers and retrain team members. Team members that understand Cane's philosophy of customer service skills and experience when interacting with the public. I don't appreciate being yelled our when ordering food most locations your greeted with a friendly voice and not being rush to order. 'HI WELCOME TO CANES WHAT CHICKEN COMBO YOU PICKING. I think that's it. Not someone yelling what else you need ?what else you want? It's simple Canes it's like any other fast food restaurant. They all are unique in their own way. I recommend that this location go over with their team members customer service skills and look into the managers Alex I think his name was he didn't want to say. Also sanitation cleanliness and being able to see your card being swipe at the window.

The food is as good as any Cane’s location. But the customer service is top notch. My family has always been treated with great respect and care. The people seem like they want to serve you. They place is usually clean too.
