This place sucks. I got a pizza a little while back with barely any cheese on it. I never write reviews, but I have to on this place because it just sucks so bad. It’s right by my house so every 6 months or so I try it but every time it sucks

Every single time I’ve gone to this place, the service somehow gets worse — and this was the last straw for me. There were only 3 tables total, including me and my 3-year-old son, so it wasn’t even busy.
Our waitress acted like she couldn’t care less about being there or about her customers, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt — maybe she was having a bad day. She suggested the “build your own pizza” on the kids’ menu, which I thought was a fun idea. She brought out the ingredients, my son and I made the pizza… but the dough was completely raw.
We waited 12 minutes for her to come back so we could get it cooked properly. During that time, both waitresses and the bartender saw us sitting there waiting and did absolutely nothing. Not even a “be right with you.” One waitress even had earbuds in — that’s when I realized we’d get service whenever they felt like it.
If they honestly think raw pizza dough is okay to serve, that’s just nasty and shows how little they care about their job or the customers. I’ll never go back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. You can find way better food, service, and prices anywhere in Chalmette — no reason to waste your time or money here.

I ordered two calzones to go, got home and was very disappointed. The calzone was 90% bread dough, barely a filling in either one. Very disappointed. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review about any restaurant.

Having an non American name does not make my name “weird”. To ask your staff if the Uber Eats order with the “weird” name is ready in front of the customer, is HIGHLY disrespectful. Will not be returning for this.
Server was great and trying her best. The bartender was efficient with bar patrons and to go orders. A strong, positive energy at the bar (especially when patrons are day drinking lol) makes a huge difference in a restaurant/bar. 9/10 would always recommend.

I was born (54) & raised in Detroit, and grew up when Detroit pizza was emerging. It's the best pizza in the world. This is not Detroit Pizza. They have mastered the crunchy crust, this was my second one after more than a year and this was much better. The cheese was sparse, some areas bare, and it was flavorless. That's bad. Pepperoni was haphazardly placed, just could have been done better. No option online for extra of either, sad. Pickup was cordial and timely, very good. Overall, its not Detroit pizza, the crust was close, but the rest, not so much. Worth $20? Personally I would say no, it was much smaller than what the great ones are in Detroit as well. 3 stars for timely & cordial service and a OK pizza.
