Hands down…. The BEST nutrition/tea spot I’ve been to!!

The staff, and owner, is always so pleasing to interact with. You’re always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in.

The menu has a huge variety of flavors with fun names.
And the staff is constantly coming up with new drinks with new flavors to try.

Though it may not be much, there is a big connect four game in the middle of the floor just in case you have to bring your little ones in.

I stopped in for a specialty tea and a protein shake. There was only one person behind the counter and she was very curteous and welcoming. I ordered my tea and shake. The tea was weak in flavor and she didn't blend the mixture well, so there I was with a clumpy tea. When she made the tea which has protein, she only put one scoop of protein beverage mix. I am a herbalife ambassador and know that the protein beverage mix usually has 2 scoops of protein. She then made my shake. It was really good. I would visit again.

Had a shake yesterday and a iced coffee today. The iced coffee blended is the bomb!!

I could not believe my eyes, and the calories that are not in one of these beautiful smoothie,no need to hide these in styrofoam. Vegan friendly,I had a peanut butter n strawberry jelly,it was as it sounds without the added carbs of bread,the teas are as pretty as a drink from Pat O'Brien's.A must try for anyone looking for a diabetic friendly,sugar free, smoothie that looks as good as it tastes!A meal that taste like desert and fills like a full coarse. Don't believe me try it for your self. You will be impressed!

Very nice and friendly staff. I love their drinks, they so delicious and keeps me going through out the day. Must try and will try other flavors also.

Mike is very friendly n will take the time to explain his lineup of loaded teas and milkshakes. You gotta go try. This is my new obsession.
