Love spending 30$ on food and its all wrong, wrong items, missing items and lettuce on everything that wasn't supposed to have it.

I ordered a sandwich and added extra spicy ranch and cream, and I paid for it, but when I received the order, it had no sauce on it and tasted very bad.

Edit Note- I will be filing a complaint with the Health Department, as well as Consumer Financial Protection Bureau & Federal Trade Commission (FTC). After reading all of the ongoing issues of customer illness and complaints. It is apparent no one employed at this location nor the Franchisee cares enough about the customer nor do they care about customer service or the customer getting what they have ordered.
TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS! RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS! CLEAN HOUSE AT THIS LOCATION (I know the aforementioned agencies will do it for you).
I'm not educated on Taco Bell policy when it comes to late night orders being fulfilled when they are out of ingredients necessary to complete the order; however, I can say with confidence, this is not following Franchise and/or Management guidelines!
I paid $43 for this inedible mess! When trying to have my situation rectified, the phones are not answered. Neither the night of the order, nor the following day.
It's apparent to me complaint calls are a regularly occuring theme, they have a pre recorded message giving you the
1-800-TACOBELL assistance line to call.
This is a sad excuse for Taco Bell!
I WANT A REFUND! Money is too hard to hold on to, for me to waste it like this is unacceptable!
That meat was cold, dry, seemingly old steak meat. Which should have been thrown away! Not put on a paying customers order because obviously you were out of beef and more was either not in hand or too difficult to access.
The order that was delivered to my house with ALL items incorrect and missing the Cunnabons and green avo salsa packs, which I paid for as well, mind you, are the display of extremely poor Management skills by this locations night crew and shift leader as well as Store Manager.
I would like to be contacted immediately for a refund!

I’m sorry I don’t have pictures but I bought the nuggets that everybody say is soooo good …NOT…so hard I had to bring them back and got another order …SMH…hard too…I just called it a rap and went to Burger King.

The food was horrible I will never return!! The quesidillas was so nasty & taco was thrown together no sauce was provided as well as napkins!! I just feel like I shouldd not have to ask for napkins with an order & sauce should be a given.

Very good service at this location, fast and friendly staff, the food was good at compitave price. I got the supreme box for 7 and it was worth it. Props to all of the staff, they did a great job 5 stars , thank you.

Genuine, I just wanna know what’s going. I know there’s reasons and bad days and slips ups. But when it doesn’t seem busy inside or drive through, and my order is taking dozens of minutes. They need to get new people or fix it.

Terribly run franchise. Lazy employees that don't fulfill the basic request of an order and when they do, they're always missing half your items. Order here, and you'll get your money taken and not receive the very things you came there for.
Skip this facility and go on to a different one and save yourself the time, frustration, and money.

Placed two orders last night both were either incomplete or incorrect items. Got a 10 dollar refund that just went to waste. Half the order was missing the 2nd time as well as there being just a plain tortilla and a receipt in the quesdailla. Out 40 plus dollars and still no response. Calling corporate, can't call store. I will be contacting the health inspector as well.

This store is always closed by 9pm. It says inside is open until 10pm and drive through until 2am. There doors are locked by 9 and I can never get help at the drive through

I was asked had ordered. I said no. I was asked if I needed help with kiosk. I said no. I would prefer not using the kiosk. I was told that my order would be taken but I was supposed to use the Kiosk. I can also do business elsewhere... I did.
