I was asked had ordered. I said no. I was asked if I needed help with kiosk. I said no. I would prefer not using the kiosk. I was told that my order would be taken but I was supposed to use the Kiosk. I can also do business elsewhere... I did.

My husband went through the drive thru and ordered food for us both. He drove it home and we were missing 3 tacos and our burritos were made incorrectly. When he came back to the store, he was told that he needed to bring the bag to prove the burritos had onions in them and was lectured on food costs. As if we didn’t just pay money for food we didn’t receive and was made incorrectly. They ultimately remade the food, but all the extra was unnecessary over $10 of food that they messed up.
I got two crunchwrap supreme's last night and 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. Only half of the crunchwrap had meat and all the other ingredients in it and the other half had nothing. And the 2nd one was hardly any meat, more lettuce and sour cream then anything else. The 2 beefy 5 layers had hardly anything in them, basically just looked like a empty burrito with hardly anything in both of them. Wouldn't recommend going here at night. Any other time during the day I haven't ever had any problems. But don't think I'll be back in general. I paid quite a bit for all 4 items

With other fast food outlets offering bargain prices for 5 bucks and under, I was a little surprised at the cost of 3 crispy taco supremes. Ten plus some change before tax and no discount for no drink. And this is about two bucks MORE than they charge at a nearby Taco Bell (in the East). I guess this explains their empty drive-ups.
The Mexican Pizza was horrible, it had a bitter taste..Was there a chance in recipe for pizza.

I wish I could give it a zero star because all I got after waiting for almost an hour was cold and dry food with was not made it according to the customization as I ordered the staff was doing everything BUT WORK. zero professionalism no work ethic absolute disaster I would never order from the same location again
