People nowadays have NO RESPECT.

Place an order today over the phone. Was transferred at least 2 to 3 times. By the, time I spoke to the third lady her attitude was strong. You could tell, right off the back she was aggravated and pissy. I felt like I had to kill her with kindness. Speak with respect like yes ma’am, no ma’am, and I was scared to place my order. You work at a restaurant. You are the one that should be speaking to me with the FULL RESPECT . Have you ever heard of customer service? I am born and raised in Saint Bernard Parish. I am sick and tired of this old restaurant, disrespecting the customers of Saint Bernard. This ain’t the first time. I have been into the restaurant. I have ordered things over the phone & overall people nowadays do not show respect. The only reason why I keep coming back because the place is clean and the food is good, but I’m getting tired. People can only take so much bullshit. You don’t like your job move on. I wanna see smiles on your face, yes ma’am, no ma’am good customer service and be treated like you are happy with me coming in and purchasing your items.

Was our #1 spot for a decent roast beef poboys in the area but SOMTHING has changed with them… the taste is off and the roast beef looked, tasted and even felt different… was off putting and I couldn’t finish it. Very disappointing that nothing last long in Chalmette.

Hello. I was very disappointed in what I received from this restaurant on Friday June 13, 2025. I spent $76.00 on 1 catfish plate, 1 shrimp plate, 5 boiled crabs and 2 peach cobblers. I WILL LIKE TO HAVE MY REFUND TO MY DEBIT CARD. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves from selling that for consumption. I will never purchase anything else from your place of business 🤬😞😡🤯

Unbelievably amazing seafood boil, the crawfish, crab, catfish, potato salad, shrimp everything and the service was impeccable. Thank you, will be back to visit again!

Fettuccine was amazing. The rest of the food we ordered was very good also. Staff was friendly, helpful and respectful. If I ever come back this way will definitely stop again.

Today’s Ketch was the savior to my mediocre lunch from a bywater restaurant. I came to get my go to crawfish fettuccine. I got a large for me and daughter to share. Rich and flavorful always !

Wow. Best crawfish I’ve ever had. Everything was great and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Highly recommend. Visited from NY Feb 2025.

I was at Walmart in Chalmette a few days ago, just after the arctic blast rolled through the area. I wanted to make some shrimp tacos. I called Today’s Ketch and inquired about the availability of shrimp. The nice young lady on the phone said that they had no shrimp. I was a little bummed but no big deal I’ll make something else. About 10 to 15 minutes later, I got a call from Today’s Ketch, Dawn was on the other end explaining that the truck just arrived, and now they had shrimp!!!! I’m from northwest Indiana, about 60 miles east of Chicago. I spend the winter down here. No one from up where I live would ever call you back like Dawn!!! I’m so impressed with Today’s Ketch that I had to post a review. The employees that work there are so polite and courteous when you arrive!! They run around like chickens with their heads cut off, but are always so nice and friendly!!!! God bless you and just for the owners information, you all deserve a raise!!!!!!😊

Good, but overpriced for the redfish meal

I went there last Friday, and the fried food was burned, and the staff wasn't very friendly. Im not sure if it was the snow, and they didnt want to work, or they had issues.

In my opinion one of the best places for seafood, and possibly the best in the parish. Great taste, the workers are friendly and cool. Prices are decent. Love this place.

Soooo🤔🤔🤔…… I have been coming there for years and I ALWAYS thought they had the best boiled shrimp, BUT in the past few months , “SOMETHING HAS CHANGED”, if I had to bet , it is NOT the same person that been boiling the crab and shrimp because it’s not terrible but not even close how it was …… and I literally been getting boiled shrimp and crabs every weekend for years ……

Very poor customer service. Food was ice cold and when I told the young lady at the register she told me that “he boiled the crabs earlier and couldnt heat them up” it was so bad I threw the food away
