Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.

Wings were dry and overcooked.

It’s a pain in the a** to order anything from wing stop to expensive and a huge waste of time!

The workers wear no gloves one worker was all on his phone right after touching food then was picking his wedgie with no gloves didn't wash his hands or nothing after and the workers just stare at you the whole time they stare at each other when you walk in take forever to get he order and just stare at you the whole time place is clean just not the workers.

This can't be said clearly enough. Give a customer their sauce how they ask for it. If you need to charge them an additional charge, do it. But put it how they want.

Helena Alabama CANNOT get my order right even when you stand in front of them and tell them much less when I order online.

My son’s wings were soggy and a few of them weren’t anything really no bigger than the width of my finger and basically was just batter. Definitely not worth the price

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.

I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

NEVER ANSWERS the phone. I have attempted to make phone orders to pick up at this location, so the wait is minimal... NOPE. They NEVER answer the phone! Then when you arrive, you're looked at as if YOU'RE THE PROBLEM. I was even told to place the order on-line... while im in their store!... and NO ONE is ever really in there. I just don't understand 😕

I went there today September 12th to get a to go order. The lady who took the order from me put in the wrong order. I ordered lemon and pepper wings, and she put in hot wings. I also had fried corn with my order. While I was waiting on my order another lady checked her order and it was wrong as well. She just asked for a refund and she left.

Meanwhile, I get my order after a long wait period, I opened the bag and I see the fried corn on the top, so I just take the order and drive home. I get home and I open up the order of chicken, and it has got some kind of sauce all over it. I said this is not what I ordered. So I drove back to the location on Read blvd. I walked in and the lady who took my order looked at me like what is wrong??? I told her she gave me the wrong order of chicken. A guy came from the back. Checked all of the tickets and saw that she had rang me up for hot wings. Not the lemon and pepper wings that I ordered. He had to throw that order away and remake my order. Meanwhile the people we're piling in. And I made a comment. Please check your orders before you leave. Because your order could be messed up like mine was. The cashier asked me, would I please not say that and just sit and wait on my order.

Meanwhile, the lady with the long blonde braids, who was working in the back, scratched her head and set a bag of food down under a warming lamp. She did not even have gloves on and I made mention of that.

And of course I got called KAREN by another person who was in there picking up a doordash order.

I got home with this order. And I couldn't even eat the chicken, it was so salty it tasted gross... I barely ate the fried corn, but I would not recommend this place unless they change the direction that this is going. I don't know who is responsible for how they do the food, but this is not like wingstop used to be in the old days.

I tried to call before I left back home to tell them. My order was not correct, but of course, they just let the phone ring and ring and do not answer it.

How are you gonna work in an establishment and don't wear food preparation gloves?? This is very disturbing. I will be calling the corporate office first thing in the morning.

And for the record, the only person who acted decent in there was a guy that said he was sorry, my order got messed up and they would replace it. He's the only one with manners. He was the only decent gentleman in there. He needs a raise because he was nice. 👍👍🙏
