Came into the store n order something quick and about 5 minutes another comes into the store after me this guy didn't order or nothing so like ten minutes later I was watching fixing my order then I literally watch the cashier gave the man my food and walk out the door with it so I waited 10 mins to asked the cashier I just saw you give my order the cashier apologized n then he proceed to fix my food again
Aside from the fact that I eat here at least once a week, I do want to take the time to recognize Khiry, I came in 9:30 pm and it was beyond busy, he handled not only the front but was in the back helping out as well. He remained professional and courteous in the midst of the chaos. He was apologetic for the longer than normal wait time. I hope whoever runs this store takes the time to acknowledge his work.
We ordered online and our Doordash delivery guy delivered our food 45 minutes after he picked it up and with the security seal broken and the bag torn. I called to see what could be done because we were worried about eating the food. The guy said if we bring the food in they will make it fresh for us. So, I did just that and got fresh food that taste great. I really appreciate their understanding and willingness to help me even though it was not their fault. Thank you!!
