Staff acts like it's a problem to be at work, dont want to be there,find something else. If you hate dealing with customer service then dont be in that industry...many other jobs that dont involve dealing with the public

Came in around 1045...a young lady took my order and was super nice! Chicken was HOT and fresh. Area was very clean and staff professionals....thank you!

It is all about the food, then the service. Great service and quick. Opened the box and found a smell of burnt grease, I was so hungry to I pulled the off some of the cremation and luckily found meat. Dry meat like it was under a heat lamp all day- dry meat. I am from South Louisiana and would not expect popeyes to be like this. We may have slow service there but at least the chicken is right.
