Sat there for 15 minutes before a server walked up and said was everything OK we said no we’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes. Are you our server? No, I don’t know who your server is… Will not be back. We were really looking forward to trying this place.

Just went here for the first time with my daughter. I had the AMAZING Nutella French Toast for breakfast with Lavender Iced Coffee. Daughter had the breakfast combo with the Beast Mode energized tea. I highly recommend them. Cole was awesome, friendly and attentive.

I visited there on Sunday my bill was $33.63, I didn’t tip because of my server Christopher, well Mr Chris decided to tip himself my new bill was $40.17.. I guess he really needs the money. I’m fine with that but why take what you didn’t even earn!! I love the restaurant but I will not be going back ?

Pretty Good place for coffee and better taste than Starbucks and was aloud to sit and take my time and not be rushed while drinking my coffee.

Visit at least 3-4 times a week. Best food, service, and breakfast is better than excellent! Chris is also an amazing server. Goes above and beyond for customers!

Disappointed this time visiting the restaurant
Service and food could have been better. Disappointed because I make it a habit to go back to places that I like but I think this one is going off my list. One notch above waffle house.

Food was just ok and service was substandard.

Tonight was not good at all, the salt on everything was really heavy and the margarita was not even drinkable. I’ve been there for brunch and lunch and it was good but we should have know when on a Friday evening it was empty. The manager was very nice but they need some major quality control.

I absolutely hate hollandaise sauce, but they've got me addicted to their's! It is no longer on the menu, but the Eggs Cochon is the best they have ever had. Perfectly poached eggs, a delicious and buttery hollandaise, perfectly tender pork, and a fluffy buttery biscuit. Their fries are also the best in town! I have had many things off their menu and have never been disappointed.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I came here yesterday for the first time just for a coffee and a loaded tea 10/10 exp and came back for brunch today again 10/10 experience the coffee, food and service has been exceptional! Shannon was our server, she's the absoulete best but the rest of the staff including the hostest were incredibly kind and amazing! Were definitely coming back. Thank you for being so welcoming!

I recently placed an order at Abita Roasting Co., and my experience this morning was extremely disappointing. From the moment I called to place my order (Order #2048651, Call Number #90, Call Server: Bari AM B, Date: 9/9/24, 8:25 AM), the customer service was lacking. The person on the phone sounded unprofessional and disinterested.When I received my food, the quality was subpar. The biscuit with black char on top, and the omelet was served inside out, which was both unappetizing and poorly presented. To make matters worse, there were no utensils in the bag, adding further frustration to the experience.I called back and asked to speak to a manager, "What is this in regard to?" connected me to someone who I don't think was a manager and didn’t seem like a real manager. His response was unprofessional and didn’t provide any reassurance that the issue would be addressed. While I understand that people can have bad days, this is not the first time I've had issues with the service. I hope these concerns are taken seriously to improve future experiences. I like the convenience and location of Abita Roasting Co.

Clean, vibrant atmosphere. The best coffee, Summerlyn was so polite and helpful with my choices. And the desserts, so good.
