Food was delicious. The pancakes were sweet!! My husband got chicken and waffles, I got over easy eggs, cheese grits, and toast. My kiddos got pancakes. Our waitress was very nice too.My only concern was the wait for a table. It took a little longer than expected, but at least my kids could run around and play outside while waiting.Kid-friendliness: Large outdoor lawn area for kids to play while waiting for a table.

The Beignets were fabulous, we shared the order. Met with friends for brunch, great choices for breakfast and lunch items! The outside seating was full, so we are inside, it was very nice but busy! Get there early to avoid crowds

This place looked good on the reviews, we are in town for 3 days and wanted a good breakfast place, we thought this would be great. The fruit side was slimly and not edible, the service was slow, pancake was stale, eggs undercooked, salmon bagel was decent but overpriced. Coffee and bacon were good.Maybe we just had a bad experience? Not coming back to find out.

Mediocre food and coffee. Waited about an hour to get our food and it was not busy. The French toast was oily and over done. The French press was just so so. Otherwise the staff was nice but didn’t acknowledge the long wait. Really cute little area of town. Wouldn’t go back.

This was my 2nd visit. The staff is VERY NICE. However, the food was bland bland bland. I got an almond chicken wrap, and there could have been more chicken and definitely more sauce included. The coleslaw had no dressing, really. Even the mango juice I ordered was bland. My partner had a house salad that seemed fresh, but the Italian dressing was cheap tasting and sugary. The broccoli and cheddar soup came out lukewarm (which they gladly corrected), but it was underwhelming overall. We'll probably go back, because we like the location that allows a nice walk afterward. However, we'll be choosing different menu items next time. Also, on a night in the low 60s, it was literally colder inside than outside in that restaurant. It had to be 60 degrees in that place, which was pretty miserable. Also, I noticed another reviewer commenting on the condition. The walls are really beaten up, and I think some of the chairs are pretty worn out.

Great breakfast on Mardi Gras morning. Our server was great; cold & composed despite the chaos. The place is clean and comfortable!

Not the worst or the best. It's a little dirty on the inside and the food is nothing special. I always wonder how places that are covered in dust/grime pass inspections, but this place is always packed so I guess people don't mind. The manager needs to create a punchlist of things that need to be cleaned and repaired. I can't believe no one else notices this.

This was great service. It was on fat Tuesday and they were so kind, friendly, and patient. Extremely quick service even know there was a wait.

The coffee is delicious and they have many options... we just went for a regular black coffee and it was perfect. We ordered the bbq shrimp and grits, they were cheesy and came with pieces of bacon. It was one of the most delicious grits dishes that we've ever had. We also had the firecracker burger with 5-cheese mac and cheese on the side... we said we were not going to eat it all but it was sooooo good that we did. The bread was extremely delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet but we were also the only ones on a Wednesday at 3pm. Something that we noticed is that the place is a bit dusty. They have a lot of art (canvas) that could be dusted.

On multiple occasions I have gone to eat with friends and family and without fail the past three times I’ve been I was not waited on until 15 to 30 minutes after I sat down. After that they don’t come back to the table a single time after taking my drink and food order other than to collect the money. A single occurrence is forgivable completely, especially if they are busy, but it is becoming characteristic of the restaurant itself. I can’t justify going back to this establishment again.
