Boudin pork deep fried balls are a mixture of pork meats, spices pepper jack and some filler. The deep fried chicken cracklings are a treat for your senses that came out fresh and hot and a little salty but I didn't mind. Love this place! The employees are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I think they have the best crackling around, both chicken and pork! I drive all the way from Slidell just for them.
