They have frozen items, cold items and hot and ready-to-eat items. Their smoked boudin links, boudin balls, potatoe casserole and pork skins were so very good. I'm looking forward to trying the couple of frozen items I bought. Their prices were reasonable, considering all their choices. And the staff was so nice! The place is so clean. They also have a sit-down room. I will definitely be back...can't believe it took this long to try...so glad I did, you will be too if...
If you are looking for a taste of authentic Louisiana Cajun cooking, steeped in tradition and soaked in flavor you have found it. Boudin pork deep fried balls are a mixture of pork meats, spices pepper jack and some filler. The deep fried chicken cracklings are a treat for your senses that came out fresh and hot and a little salty but I didn't mind. Love this place! The employees are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. I think they have the best crackling around, both chicken and pork! I drive all the way from Slidell just for them.
