We had the most amazing experience here! The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was exquisite — colorful, bright, and truly a feast for the eyes. Every single bite was phenomenal. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the drinks were perfectly crafted. Even the restrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. It was also my husband's birthday, and they surprised him with the most delicious fried cheesecake — seriously the best we've ever had! They brought it out with a candle and sang to him, which made the moment so magical and special. This is something we look forward to every single year for both of our birthdays because that fried cheesecake is unbeatable. The Christmas décor added the cutest, most festive touch and really elevated the vibe. The ambience was warm and inviting, the music was great, and overall we had such a wonderful time. Highly recommend — we will absolutely be back! 🍣🎄✨

We sat at the Sushi bar are were treated to a few samples from the chefs and a few recommendations. Sashimi was very fresh and prepared well. Will definitely be back.

Great food and drink as usual. Our service was not great, unfortunately, which was a new experience at this restaurant. Our server was hard to find and forgot 2 of our orders, but he rectified the situation and was apologetic. In his defense, it was extremely busy that night and he may have just been overwhelmed.

We sat outside and had the most amazing girls night! Marie always delivers amazing service, the drinks are always top notch, and everyone knows the sushi is hands down the best on the Northshore. We've had private dinner parties in the back room, family meals and date nights in the main dining room, but this was our first night in the patio and it was so fun!

From our specially prepared steamed gyoza to the nigiri and specialty rolls, everything had its own distinct flavor profile with perfectly prepared bited-sized sashimi. I didn't have room for the salmon sashimi with garlic aioli. Next time. Very attentive bar staff, Peyton and Daniel.

We tried Bon Sake and had a good overall experience! The Prime Rib Steamed Buns were amazing, and the Rock & Roll sushi roll was delicious. The Blue Crab Rangoons had too much cream cheese and not much else, and the Blue Crab Roll didn’t have much flavor besides lemon. We also tried the Vietnamese Coffee Crème Brûlée, which was really good.
The atmosphere was nice, though the space is a bit tight — there are a lot of tables in a small area, and it was pretty loud even though it wasn’t super busy. Still, the service was good and the food was worth trying.
