Wonderful new shop in town. Owners truly care about health and are delightful! Close to downtown shops, the courthouse, and downtown businesses. Try the strawberry cheesecake shake.. :)

If you haven't been to this place, please don't walk, run to them. The smoothie bowls are incredible. I got a chunky monkey smoothie bowl for myself and (to me) it tasted like a Reese's peanut butter cup and the peanut butter deluxe my friend had said it tasted like praline candy. Down to earth people here. May GOD bless them and their business!

I mostly don't do reviews but when I do, it deserves more than 5 stars. After my husband and I found this place, we go here alot. We love Kele, Ricky, and Jeanette (sure we will love the others once we meet them), they are amazing and so sweet. We love getting to talk to them when we come in. So many different drinks to try, can't get bored of the selections. If you don't know what drink you want, they will tell you ideas. Highly recommend!!

Went in there for the first time yesterday, due to the fact that I was having severe tooth pain and couldn’t eat for a few days. So I decided to go in and try their meal replacement shakes. Not only was the lady who helped me knowledgeable and super sweet, she made sure not to put any Sim card in it that might disrupt my tooth. Even told me about how I could get a shake and a tea for a discount price. Despite the fact that I was in severe pain that chocolate peanut butter shake was amazing. And that ocean water or something I’m definitely gonna try again here in the future.

If you are looking for a an amazing nutrition store with a clean environment, Nova Nutrition is the place to go! Today was my first time trying their teas and I loved it. From hard working employees, to a clean space with the cutest decorations, my experience was definitely five stars. The owner of Nova Nutrition, Kristen, is so sweet and helpful as well as her employee Madisen, and her helper Dav. They helped my mom pick out the perfect tea, and they were very professional and sweet. Not to mention, the tea was amazing!

Captain America was awesome! Full of energy all day. Highly recommend!
