To put it as plainly as possible, this place has never had a bartender like me and will never again. I know it. The customers know it. And management knows it. They started an entire standard of service based on me and my attitude towards customers. So, the next time you hear a server scream “welcome to Buffalo’s” think of Kiki. I made my mark on this place. They think football season is going to save them? Ha! The only the only thing that is going to save them is a new GM. 3.3 stars is embarrassing and I’m glad I got out when I did. Xoxo, Kiki

With all due respect, where in god’s name is Kiki? Went in here to get my usual angry orchard and cauliflower wings and the bartender told me that Kiki no longer works here and was fired?! What?! It took me at least 25-35 minutes to get my food and I had to ask for a beer 3 times in order to get it. No conversation. No personalization. I almost walked right out the second they said Kiki was gone but I wanted to give them a shot. I was utterly disappointed. They let go of Kiki to put so sub-par “bartenders” behind the bar? This is why this place had a 3 star rating. They can’t keep any good employees and somehow allow the ones who constantly seem high as a kite to keep their jobs. They have gone so far downhill in the last few years and I personally got excited when Kiki started working here. I was thinking “finally. Someone who can provide good service”. And not only was I told that she’s gone tonight but tonight was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. No socialization. No conversation. And my first beer was wrong. I ordered a blue moon and got a miller lite. It’s sad to see how far this place has fallen. But it’s been downhill for a long time.

Our waitress was nice. Took almost an hour to get 20 wings. They were more worried about mobile orders over the people in the restaurant. The waitress never asked for my number for rewards. The to go orders were I and out while people inside waited. If you can't manage both with ease then dont do both.

Food was good this time was hot last time was cold. Server was really bad seems to be the norm every table which was less then half of them could see was not happy. Looked around for a manager none, this use to be a great place to eat not anymore never going back again!

Place was horrible,BUT today the wings were normal size flavor spot on. Tender not dried out. They won me back!!!!! Order!!! BBW is back!! Kudos to the staff and manger

Wasn't great for cost. Waitress would disappear for long periods of time. Our meals arrived in pieces. Overall not impressed. I can see why there wasn't a lot of other customers.

Going out tonight that Keki is gone. They got rid off the absolute best bartender this place has ever had. I don’t know why but I also see the level of service other people who work here give and there’s no reason I can think of why they would want to let go of keki. This is is a restaurant that’s been struggling for a long time. Keki elevated this place. I was told by the person at the counter that she’s gone for good when I requested her. I turned around and walked out. They can never keep good employees but somehow the sub par ones get to maintain their job

Kiki was the only reason I was still coming here. Found out this afternoon what happened and how it went down. They have a girl with face tattoos behind the bar now. Won’t be back. This place has been downhill for a long time. Kiki was the pinnacle of service here and she’s no longer here. Will not be back.

It seems to have lost a lot of the sports feel abd vibe. I do not care for the newer decor here. The food is good. The server was completely mediocre, at best, if not just bad.

Waiting over 40 minutes for a take out order. When I arrived the manager said they are working on it. He obviously lied….. don’t waste your time and money at this horrible place !!!

Insane. Never had or seen anything this bad. I work in restaurants and I genuinely don't see how this was even possible. Dining room wasn't even halfway full and it it took us and hour and 30 min to get our waters. Another 20 after that for our drinks from the bar. We got the bottomless apps and only got refilled 2 times in 3 hours we were there because no one came to check on us or was running food. Anyway, wings finally get to the table 2 hours in and they are terrible. Half of them were room temp and the other half litterally felt like they were pulled out of a fridge. I dont write reviews, especially for restaurants since I've worked in them for so long i know sometimes stuff just happens but this was a new level of bad.

Do not order delivery from this place.
If you do decide to order, pick it up yourself and check every single item before leaving the counter. I promise you will have to have something corrected.
Placed an order for delivery via their website and apparently they use a third party to deliver. But when we received $100+ food order and $26 of it was missing, it was like pulling teeth to get the food we paid for. Restaurant claims the driver stole it, even though they (the restaurant) did not put any tamper-evident seal on the bags to indicate to the customer whether our food had been tampered with. Not only that, but there is no recourse with the driver whatsoever if the issue is discovered after it was dropped and they received a large tip.
Hard to believe it was the driver though honestly since the items that did arrive were not made correctly:
- a dry rub was given ‘on the side’
- garden salad had only lettuce, croutons and cheese (no tomatoes, carrots or green onions)
- was only given 6 small sauce cups for 80 wings that were ordered with sauce on the side.
Attempting to speak to someone about the issue and them take it seriously was also a joke.
