This place is absolutely disgusting. Human feces all over the toilet and floor and hamburger patties and buns on the floor in the kitchen. Called to let the manager know and employee hung up so I called back and they impersonated the st Tammany parish police department.

This place was very slow on getting my order when I dined in! It took approximately five minutes for me just to get my order placed and I was the first in line. The place where you eat at is dirty. The bathrooms smell like urine. But the food was hot and was made like I ordered it

We are never eating there again, terrible experience. We had to send our order back twice because it was not at all what we ordered. Even after that, the food was still terrible, obviously frozen patties that were barely hot, and burgers were just thrown together, fries had no salt. Even with all that, a homeless guy was hanging around in there, and all the food we sent back he asked if he could have it, and they gave it to him, so he sat down somewhere close to us and was talking to himself and cursing the whole time and our kids were there with us. Never again.

Workers are incompetent here. They have as much spacial awareness as a bag of cold food. Much like what was delivered to me after a 36 minute wait and going in to locate my food that was paid for. Like a bunch of toddlers in daycare they were standing around doing nothing but looking lost. Don't eat here unless you want to be painfully aware of the soul crushing reality that not everyone should be allowed to leave their house. Also part of my order was missing. 0/5 if I could rate it lower I would. Management if you are reading this: Congratulations this is your fault. Also fun fact 3 of the employees were talking about quitting so have fun assessing who is gonna drop the ball harder.
The food was terrible, the chicken was fried, the potatoes were cold, all the tables were dirty, there was no ice, the floor was disgusting too, everyone in the kitchen was very messy, terrible service, and the food was very bad too.

I asked for off the broiler three times. I got a cold burger. I asked if they were out of onions since they weren’t on my cold burger and the manager quickly snapped “yes”. When I worked in fast food I let the customer know ahead in case that was a deal breaker. I paid $25 for two cold burgers AND terrible customer service. Also, it smells like bar rot near the soda machine so not sure whats happening? Probably super dirty soda machine. I just wish people took pride in their jobs like when I worked fast food. What a let down.
