I have been going to all the Caretta's Grill locations since 2011 and have watched the size and quality of their steak tacos (street tacos) decline to the point of being an absolute rip off. A couple years ago the tortilla size shrunk and so did the portions of ingredients and I thought to myself maybe they're going through something let me be supportive because I literally do not want to have to find a new place to satisfy my steak taco needs. Fast forward to today when I just got done proposing to my fiancée and visiting with my daughter, we decided to go to our favorite place and were charged 70 dollars for a meal that was absolutely pathetic. I could eat one of these puny "tacos" in one bite. These f***ing things were like appetizers! S*** was like honey we shrunk the tacos. I feel insulted! They tried to convince me that a tablespoon worth of meat cilantro and onion on a single 2.75" wide lil easy bake oven a** tortilla was a taco. Eventually the manager dude was like I know it's messed up how small the portions are and expressed regret that the lady who needs to hear about it was not in at the moment, so, I'm airing this devastating experience out on Google hoping y'all change your ways and stop scamming people out of their hard earned money with your sub par miniscule tiny bite size mini sushi roll size need chopsticks to eat them a** tacos! Get it together because you have lost a long time customer. I will not be coming back unless you reach out to me and make this right.

8/23/24 ~ I give 2 star because my time in there was short but the lady at the hostess stand was so sweet…..the blonde bartender on the other hand acted extremely short , pretty rude, wouldn’t listen to the requests I had on the drink I ordered to go so she ended up wasting a top shelf margarita due to her lack of patience and no it all attitude.She probably shouldn’t be in the foh. Been in the service industry for 22 years, bartending and management……her service was rude and rushed which was a shame because Im usually a great tipper ??♀️

My wife and I ordered chicken burritos with queso. Each burrito was over $16.50. First the quality was terrible (see picture) and did not include rice or beans. I called the restaurant to confirm and they advised our order, confirmed by name, did not include any sides. I got two of these burritos for $50.00. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rebecca our waitress was nice but I was going to order dessert and while we were still eating, she brought us our bill and asked if we wanted a box. There was just one other family in the whole restaurant but it was as tho we were being pushed out the door

Kid-friendliness: Great with the kids, they are their good
So overpriced and food quality is mediocre. Even the appetizers at this place start at about 10 or 12 bucks. you will not get out of there for under $20 unless you order a few tacos and water. Sad because the Mexican restaurants used to be the cheaper options. Not anymore.
The shrimp ceviche it’s a most! My favorite by far. My boyfriend always get the Southwest salad and he loves it!
