Fast and friendly service, and always a treat for pups.

Really good coffee shop and surprisingly tasty coffee. The staff was friendly and fast and made an excellent coffee drink.

Was told that orders couldn’t be customized and extra ice couldn’t be added because it would “blow out their blender”. Nevermind the fact that I’m adding extra liquid, so I can’t see how that’s possible. I’ve been purchasing the same drink from cc’s for years and this is the first I’ve ever been told this. I was also disrespectfully told that “maybe I should go to Starbucks” where they’ll make it the way that I want it. I also overheard the employees having a conversation about me and rather than addressing it with me, they decided that it’d be better to talk about the customer while she was standing there. This location will NEVER get another penny from me, and I’ll be sure to post this incident on my social media account so that my 30k plus followers can know how the manager as well as the employees lack common decency and business etiquette.

This is the worste CCs I have been too. I got a cold brew same cold brew thatI get from every CCs that I go to and it tasted like water and vanilla extract freaking disgusting. Waste of $7.

I ordered my favorite, an iced caramel latte. Very good coffee but charged .80 more for any flavor other than vanilla. Went through drive through so didn't get the inside experience.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. We were not greeted when we entered. It took about 2 minutes to even acknowledge we were there. Once acknowledged, we ordered 2 items and they had to ask what we ordered 3 times. There was no eye contact and no thanking us for the order or business. Employees were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Not all CC's are bad, just this one.

I usually go through the drive thru and i get the turtle frap. It’s usually vry good but this specific time there was a HUGE chunk like HUGE check of ice in it I couldn’t even put my straw to the middle of it. Anyway it kind of made me not want to drink it but I drank it anyway. But ya usually I love ccs so I’m giving them a 4/5
ordered a grande mocasippi with a cup ice water and was denied the water. was told this is not a corporate store.

I’ve been to MANY CCs. In fact, our company has setup the network for some. This may be a little “Karen” but here goes. Ordered our two drinks, which were great. Wouldn’t give me a small glass of water bc “we don’t do that, you have to buy bottled water”. I would have been happy paying a small fee for the cup for some iced tap water. Secondly, two bathrooms but one of them is for employees only. Not a men’s and women’s like the other 50 locations we’ve been to. But a “guest” and “employee” restroom. Then it’s locked. So u have to wait for them to get a break between drinks to open it. Again, I may sound like a “Karen” but if I hadn’t been to 50 other locations and saw that none of them are like this, then maybe it would be different. Just a strict location and didn’t seem very cozy there.
Bad establishment the owner wants you to pay to use the bathroom will not go here ever again
This location was terrible. The baristas didn’t know how many ounces each of their sizes were and gave us incorrect information regarding their sizing (i.e. that their sizes went from 12 oz to 24oz with nothing in between; but also that their smallest was a 16 oz.??). They got our orders wrong in the drive through (after confirming through the window when we pulled up), so we had to walk in to have them fixed. The barista making the drinks was banging around very loudly (more than the standard banging to get espresso grounds out of their handles) and was clearly very frustrated. Our iced drinks barely had any ice in them. They didn’t have any system for keeping track of their orders as the line of cars rolled in. The coffee was just okay. Not worth the time or the money spent. All around a very regrettable stop on the way out of town and we will not be coming back.

First of all, I wish there were more CC’s because it is hands down the best coffee on the planet. This location always makes a delicious latte and those are the reasons I rated a 4. However, they have not opened their lobby up since before Covid. I hope the owner knows this leaves a lot of money on the table. They also close for like every holiday. They are expensive and the staff isn’t the nicest. They really don’t even say anything to you at all. I work nearby so I will always come here, like I said, they are DELICIOUS, but there’s a lot of opportunity for improvement.
