I'm at this restaurant 2 to 3 times every week and they prove time and time again they are superior in customer service and quality of their food. Keri Anne and Daniel always go above and beyond. Love this restaurant. It is a model of excellence.
The drive thru is so slow because they care about mobile orders more than anything. Food good but service is trash who ever runs this one don’t know what they are doing

Wanted some chicken noodle soup. We were a few minutes early for lunch. No soup was ready. Told them we didn't need it warm as we were going to freeze it. None available. The servers tried their best to help us to no avail. We left with nothing.

I love going here for the low sodium options and the mobile through line. I can't have salt on fries and they always make them for me with no mean looks or eye rolls, lol. Can't say the same for other fast food so this is my go to!

Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for low sodium diets! You really can't find the same options at any others fast food restaurants.
We stopped in quickly for some food. Felicia is an example of great customer service. We were only in the restaurant for 5 minutes and she blew us away with kindness. If there was a 6 star review, I would leave it. Thanks Felicia!
I am sitting in line for 10 minutes waiting for nothing. Everything I wanted they do not serve anything after 5:00. I wanted a salad, fruit cup and a drink. Nope,! The server told me sorry, we don't serve anything you wanted. We don't serve salads, drinks, wraps, fruit cups, ice cream, absolutely nothing. What!!!! Why are these people in line waiting for what???
I will never return to this place again. What horrible service! Why aren't they closed or put up a sign that states, "We don't serve food just bad service."
If I could give these people a -5 star I would! Horrible!!!!!

Not only do they have the coolest drive through with a door instead of just a window, they actually fry the nuggets, like they originally did back in the 80s. If you go to the Chick fila in Hammond, The nuggets are barely brown. They're not even frying them as long as they should just so they can hurry up and get more orders out, and it sucks it sucks at the older. The original owner foundation allows these chains to alter their fry times which completely change the taste and appearance of their nuggets. Y'all Are Awesome for being original!! Hammond sucks
