I could not believe the incredible service I received from our server MyaRay. She was absolutely fabulous , respectful and on her toes. I didn't have to wait on anything and everything was perfect. I can't brag enough. She is definitely a gem!

Went to the chilies in covington. The hostess was sweet but said there were no booths available and we’d have to wait , so I guess my eyes were lying to me as I counted over 10 booths empty , so yeah. Then our server was a dude with bright pink nail polish and long nails. I glanced at the other servers and had a guy with green hair and a girl with multicolored hair and a big ol nose ring. So unfortunately that will be last time I spend my money at chilies plus the food is good but absolutely not worth what they charge for it.

Food is cafeteria quality. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The oil drained off of the sandwich soaking the fries. The waiter or waitress. Whatever it wanted to be called. Was not a good server. And it was supposed to be training another person. We could hear their conversational behind us and it was not food or appetite friendly. Music was way too loud. Probably will return of they can return to the early 2000's chili's. And have better food and normal service without shaved eyebrows with x's drawn in

Chili's has really improved in the past year. We have been several times. Food is always good. Wait staff very pleasant. Fast service, reasonable prices. Best chips and salsa.
Dining room smells rotten or stale liquor on the floor. Older man assisting behind the bar it was obvious he did not know how to mix a drink. Person working take out seemed zoned out or high or both. Food was prepared wrong.

My friends and I like to meet at Chili's almost once a week. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. We've started going when we know Montanah is working. After having her as our server one time, we fell in love with her! She's friendly and energetic. She treats customers with respect and kindness. Always upbeat and caring. Chili's has a great staff and we're never disappointed. 5 STARS!
