Weak ass bowl, watery ass coke, weak ass lemonade, flat ass sprite. The only thing that lies in this establishment is disappointment.

Charged me $20 for a bowl($11) and a drink. Employee didn’t offer receipt or talk much at all.

Every time I’ve eaten there the new manager has made sure all the employees are afraid make your order right I literally see the fear in their eyes, Every time I order it’s made skimpy I ask for a little more, they ask do you want double protein and of course I declined I will not pay for something that is supposed to be standard with the order. On a few occasions he tried charging me for fajita vegetables when I told him fajita vegetables are free he told me he owns the store and he charges you for them, I usually get them on the side which is supposed to be free in the bowl or on the side so I stopped ordering them on the side, because again I refuse to pay for something that is meant to be free I’m guessing he does that to skim and pocket money from the organization. Something has to be done about that guy. I’m not the only person who’s been wronged I hate to stop eating there but until something is done I can not and will not continue eating there. I’m guessing he’s the only manager there because I haven’t seen anyone but him there. Early this year there was a different manager not sure what happened but I wish he’d come back always friendly and order was made correct.

I love chipotle first and foremost! Eating at several different locations since 2007. With that being said this location was the worst! Front staff was rude, kitchen was not wearing hairnet.i asked for steak, and got steak and other meats mixed in. Husband's chicken was burnt and dried out. Serving tray looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months, had a greasy flim on it. It will be awhile before I come back...

I’ve had more bad experiences here than good. 1. They’re consistently out of food. 2. The young people they hire are not trained whatsoever in customer service. I’ve stood at the counter for 10 minutes while I watched an employee clean the grill before I was ever acknowledged. 3. Playing loud & explicit music in the kitchen before they’re closed at night. So loud that the employee making my bowl and I could not communicate with each other.
Whoever manages this place is doing a terrible job training, hiring, and creating a healthy culture.

I ordered Chipotle for the first time last week.
After hearing all the rumors of them being light-handed on the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a full bowl of food.
I downloaded the app assuming I’d be a regular customer, but after tonight’s order, never again.
What everyone was saying is true.
The bowl(small enough as is) was barely a quarter full. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Definitely need new management at this location. I live closer to this but enjoy going extra miles to the one in Mandeville. They barely give you food here its ridiculous honestly. Always out of something. Who ever is running this location needs major training. This location is awful.

Went to support my three kids sports team for a fundraiser at this location. They were out of burritos so bowls and tacos only. That’s like McDonalds being out of buns. To top it off they said the computer couldn’t accept the fundraiser info. Food quality was poor, should have went to a real restaurant for the same price.

This location is consistently awful every single time. They are out of several things nearly every time we come: sour cream, cheese, meats, forks, etc. What is going on with their supply issue?
If you order on the app, expect atleast a 30 minute wait with things missing from your order.
Just go ahead and make the drive to the mandeville location. It’s worth it.

Something HAS to be done about this location ! Look at the reviews … this one is closest to me and EVERY time I’ve attempted to enjoy my meal I’m always disappointed. The rice , the beans , are always hard .. the guac never look fresh .. I literally received a delivery order that was Soooooo disrespectful it’s not even funny ! I ordere a cheese quesadilla and I received what you see ! Who on earth would package this order like this … ? where is the GENERAL MANAGER !!!

I used to love chipotle, loved getting a whole burrito absolutely stuffed. It was an occasional treat for me to splurge on a big meal. And it would still be less than $10.
Now, I’ve started working out at the planet fitness next door and have been going to chipotle after my workouts, a couple times a week. But after repeated disappointment and shock that a bowl with like 7 selections in it still doesn’t even fill up half the bowl it comes in, I am no longer going to patronize this place.
I cannot pay $15 for a meager portion of steak filled with chewy sinew, or one bite of guacamole (watching the server shake the spoon back into the bin till one bite is left to go on your plate is a special kind of heartbreaking).
I just can’t believe how far this place has fallen.
EDIT: I do not think refering all bad reviews to customer support is an effective strategy. If I pull up reviews and start seeing that they've actually changed and started feeding their customers real adult-sized meals (I should've looked first because I can see this has been going on for months now) then I'll update my score and my review.

Went in store to get a steak bowl and they claimed I had to order online” to see if I really wanted my order”. The few pieces of steak they had left looked about a day old and most of their food containers were completely empty even though it was only 715pm. Worst time ever. I left and went to Canes instead.
