Just terrible. I live 3 minutes away and will only ever drive to the Mandeville location from now on. Always out of food at all hours, dirty, small portions, and they tried to charge me $2.50 for a side of their vinaigrette (I’d never had to pay extra before and was willing to pay but $2.50?! No thanks). My last visit, I arrived around 5:00pm with a couple ahead of me. When it was my turn to order they were out of literally everything. No rice, no beans, no protein. I asked if they had more chicken which they said no and offered tofu as my alternative option. Looking down the line, there were also no toppings available. I turned and walked right out. Felt sorry for the 6 others in line behind me.

Upon completing my order and asking for chips, I was notified they were out of chips. How? Anyway, if I would’ve know ahead of time I would’ve just gone to the Mandeville location. Upon paying, I was given my change. It was wrong. After asking to get the correct change, no one seemed to know what to do or how to get the correct change. I was never given the correct amount. I left frustrated and will just go to the Mandeville location moving forward. Never had an issue there.

Ordered online for pickup 45 minutes later. They didn't start our order until after we arrived at restaurant. It would have been faster to go through the line. Then, the tortillas were dry and hard. This is the worst Chipotle that we have visited.

Now this Chipotle is a good one. Loaded my bowl like it's supposed to. The carne asada was perfect with no fat at all. Great amount for the price. Please keep up the great work and not cheap out. Staff is friendly and location is clean.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. I live on the road traveling in a semi and knew it was 15 minutes before closing when I walked in. I immediately apologized because I understand the want and need to clean up, close up, and go home. Tim was AMAZING!! He was so kind and so patient, never becoming irritated or rude. As much as I didn’t want to be “THAT customer” I was and I knew I was but I didn’t want any of the other options for my meal. I am so thankful I chose to go in because his service, professionalism and demeanor was impeccable!! What a wonderful employee he is!! If only we had more Tim’s in the world!!!

Man, y'all don't go to this place!! This has to be the worse Chipotle Mexican grill ever!! Bad attitudes and them people in there be so damn stingy with their's food. Like bruh, how y'all close at ten and always be out of fajita veggies at 6p.m? They literally gets upset when you wants more fajitas like we doesn't know we have to pay for extras. They need to get rid of them people with bad attitudes. I would rather go to the one in Slidell where we used to stay.

I love Chipotle in Covington!! The portions are super generous and food overall tastes sooo good. Team is super friendly, I love coming here. And drinks are always to the top, honestly the cleanest and nicest Chipotle i’ve been in.

The food was alright, what you normally expect from a fast-casual restaurant. Ingredients were fresh, the cross contamination of foods were minimal. They were out of 2 proteins so our options were minimal. What got me was the absolute abomination of a staff they had employed . The lobby was in chaos , teens sitting at the table making endless mess (not eating, friends of the staff), the drink area was a mess and out of stock and the staff was the most unhelpful , dry, flat affect people ive ever had the pleasure to meet.

It will be a long while before I revisit this location .
