My wife and I were planning to eat in at this location a few days ago until the server waiting on us told my wife he had to charge extra if he gave her more rice. It didn’t seem to bother anyone behind the counter when I told my wife “Let’s get out of here” and will never return. My advice to you is go to the other Chipotle and they will give more and add more if you ask for it at no extra charge. The 190 location is a rip off and think we are obligated to eat there when we are spending hard earned monies.If you aren’t there to serve the public instead of trying to rip us up, shut down and avoid the inevitable, go out of business.The other Chipotle is so much better!

Hate to pile on with the one star reviews but the last 2 times we have used this location has been horrible. Last week we dined in it was around 5 in the evening not only were the staff not very inviting or friendly, they only had one person working the line which was to the door. One employee just stood at the register while another was in the back preparing cooked chicken. They were out of brown rice and the beans were down to the bottom of the containers, all the garbage cans were full and whole place was not very clean.Today we ordered ahead hoping to utilize the convenience of the pickup window we arrived on time, no one came to the window. I made eye contact with at least 3 of the employees inside not a single one took the initiative to provide any service. I had to park and go inside to get my order there wasn't a single person in line ordering food they had 2 tables occupied inside and one outside with people well into their meals.We will be using the other location from now on and only attempted this location from time to time to see if things turn around.

This chipotle make you not want to go ever again 30 minutes before they close. I went in to order food because I worked late as soon as I walk in and that ready to order. They said they are not serving anyone else. Play a food left out just don’t want to work and besides, I wouldn’t have mind if she said it nicely they were rude and obnoxious. And to think this is a new chipotle and already can’t hire responsible workers, but they had a good time dancing around laughing, and having fun

NOT CLEAN! We love the food at Chipotle and almost always have a good or decent experience. Today however we arrived at 11:00 a.m. and there was only one person working the line. He put on a fresh pair of gloves prepared the customers food for the guy right in front of us, check them out at the register and then came back to prepare our food with the same dirty gloves. I said can I ask you to please put on a fresh pair of gloves? I fully expected him to say oh thanks for the reminder I forgot it's so busy I'm working alone whatever. Instead I can tell I pissed him off and he pulled his gloves off put new gloves on and then looked at me and said "what do you need?"To which I said - never mind thank you and left and drove to the Mandeville location. In Mandeville there was only one person working the line at 11:30 in the morning and the young man working the line did the exact same thing.We eat at Chipotle at least once a week and it is our favorite fast food. And no matter how delicious it is my number one requirement is that cleanliness be observed. And if you know anything about cash registers and money you don't want your food touched after someone touched a cash register.

The food isn’t bad or anything, it always tastes fresh, but everytime I order online they always screw up my order. My most recent order, I paid extra for the queso blanco and guacamole to be added to my burrito bowl and ended up with no guacamole or queso and beans instead. By the time I realize I’m home and the store is closed (I always go around 9:30 due to my schedule) so I can never get it fixed. It’s frustrating I can’t even get my money’s worth.

we’ve been to this new location 4 times this week. we keep trying to give it chances but it just doesn’t seem to be working out. 2 of the workers were incredibly rude and messed up our order entirely and wouldn’t correct it when we pointed it out. still made us pay for it and charged an extra $1.50 for one of the the add on condiments we didn’t want. the next time one of the same workers was being very hostile towards a highschool-aged customer in front of everyone because the girl didn’t want beans? very unpleasant when trying to support a business to see their workers treat people this way. and the last 3 times we went the steak was so unbearably chewy we had to throw the whole thing away. one of them had been carne asada too when we did not want that, that felt like rubber as well. the whole dish has been completely inedible multiple times.we have had a couple good experiences so continued going, but we don’t believe the same workers from a few months ago are there anymore. i’m sure there are nice ones, but based on the past few experiences and blatant waste of money, we’ll be making the extra 3-5 minute drive up the road to the mandeville location!

No good & disappointing - how can someone give more than 2 stars ?Staff was rude and unfriendly, rushed & “I don’t care” atmosphere.Server would’ve given me the few old shrivelled up carne asada pieces, but I saw that on time and declined. Pork looked very fatty so we opted for the bbq beef. Condiments didn’t look fresh either. Since I like it spicy but my wife doesn’t - I wanted my sauce on the side. The same with the PdG/onions (super dry). Later we discovered that they charged us 1.50$ for each condiment - which I believe is part of the dish and free when you add it directly ? Ended up paying too much for being treated like that, eating something that wasn’t special at all. Overall, it was not worth it.People - vote with your wallet - eat at home or somewhere else !!

I went in today like I do everyday. Got my bowl made . When I got to the place to pay the lady told me that they were out of 1s. No big deal I had a 10 and my total was only 8.50 . I was told she couldn’t take it because she didn’t have ones and for me to have a nice day. Absolutely insane.
