Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Such a great experience. Our server JoJo was very friendly and attentive to our table. My tea was never empty. Fresh hot biscuits were brought to table. Food was brought to table with a smile. Such a good experience.

The meal started off with my coffee being served in a cup that had coffee stains from the previous drinker. Sent that back didn’t get anything to drink after that because I didn’t trust the cleanliness Almost asked for my food on a plate, but did not want to embarrass my boyfriend any further to be honest if it was my money with the dirty coffee cup I would’ve left Spent all that money on rebranding and cleaning up the front of the house, but did not spend any money on back of house, staff or equipment When the manager brought our bill because the waitress had gone MIA, the coffee was still on there and had to make sure that the coffee was taken off Certainly will not be going back to this location

Service was a little slower than I'm used to at Cracker Barrel. I ordered the campfire chicken. It was advertised as a half chicken. It was small, more like a half a Cornish hen and it seemed like all I had was a thigh/ drumstick and a wing. Flavor was good.

They painted the walls white. Very nice and clean. I love the food there.

A combination of lying and stupidity cost them a regular customer today. Will not be back.

Hard to beat for a decent meal at a decent price.

I love the white walls and the open middle wall! It makes it look brighter.

A country store with good fresh comfort food. Like grandmas kitchen.

FREEZE TO DEATH WHILE EATING 🥶🥶🥶

The Cracker Barrel store is great but inside the restaurant is horrible depending on who your waitress is.

This was one of my favorite places to eat and shop, unfortunately the chain has a new CEO who is making horrible changes. The staff is none too happy about the changes as well. Someone who works for Cracker Barrel said the new CEO is running it into the ground. So sad.

The waitress was very friendly but an awful server. Dressing came oiyt before the salad the salad didn’t come until after the meal. No ketchup or silverware and we had to ask other servers several times. She was very kind and friendly but does Not belong waiting tables
